And so Kari went Home...
Nakari left the Curiosities shop, still slightly confused over Switches words somewhere in the back of her head. A majority of her thoughts though centered around what she felt like for dinner. Hmm stew sounds like it'd be nice...but what kind? She thought as she slowly made her way towards the store.
After wandering the store for about forty minutes, Nakari left carrying two frozen pizzas. She had decided that she didn't really feel like cooking and so instead bought the first thing she found that she could just pop into the oven and ignore for a while.
The first thing Nakari saw when she walked into her house was Akira sleeping on the couch, in front of the tv. Looking around her for it didn't take Nakari long to find a box of tissues that was the perfect size for throwing. So taking careful aim she threw it and watched as it landed squarely on Akira's chest, causing him to sit up abruptly and give a slight yelp of surprise.
"Hey lazy a**, are you hungry?" She asked barely holding in a laugh.
Akira glowered. "You almost give me a heart attack to ask if I'm hungry?"
Nakari looked over her shoulder as she walked into the kitchen. "That and to tell you to find me a hammer and nail so I can hang up this pretty dreamcatcher I got. You still haven't answered me though. You hungry? Cause if you're not I'm not going to cook your pizza."
"Yeah, yeah I'm hungry. Make my pizza." He sighed as he pushed himself off the couch. "And just where might I find a hammer and nail?"
Rolling her eyes as she opened the pizzas and preheated the oven Nakari replied. "Where else would you find such things? In the garage, crazy!"
Grumbling the half asleep Akira made his way to the garage. Upon his return Nakari, who had finished putting the pizzas in the oven, was waiting for him. "Come on," she said. "Help me decide where to hang it in my room. Isn't it pretty?" She asked him holding it up and smiling.
Akira couldn't help smiling and laughing a little bit. "Yeah...its beautiful." He replied as he followed her up the stairs.
