I did notice Agenta's banner collection. Very nice! I used to only prefer small banners because I had other stuff in my sig, but now I might use a big banner.

And if it's easy to explain, I'd really like to know how to resize stuff, or if it's even possible without some sort of program that isn't paint. xp

For editing, I used Photoshop 7 for fancy stuff or Paint Shop Pro 6 for simple stuff. As for online resizers, I found these:
