They're just saying you're their friend, I think. I barely remember any of the Spanish I learned in after four years of classes. Heck, I couldn't even speak Spanish during the four years of classes. sweatdrop

I'd say it's a fairly normal pet peeve. I mean, even though I was that way at one point, it now bothers me to find girls and women who are just so...dumb when it comes to relationships. Like they just don't understand what they're doing, and it's kind of pathetic, especially for the women. Ugh! I can't even remember how many times my boyfriend's mom got into a drunken fight with her boyfriend, kicked him out, dealt with pestering phone calls from him for weeks at a time (screaming and cursing at each call, even if her kids were around, and he even called her daughter's cell when she turned hers off), and then took him back anyway just to repeat the process!! stressed
