New technique for me. I finally figured out how to do clean line art. And I want to do proper coloring too. So I've been checking out some tutorials. :3
The line art looks pretty good I must say. cool
I hope I don't completely screw up the coloring. sweatdrop

Szen - Ooo! I'll be looking forward to seeing how it turns out! I hope it works the way you want it to. ^^
Rocket - Wow... That's amazing. Great job, Rocket! I love the background - the swirls are really cool, and you did a fantastic job on his ear. That always struck me as a really difficult part to draw.

@ Szen: Yes, it is a good feeling. I'm finally starting to like my own style, I think.
@ Ifa: Yes, just about everything about Frieza is hard to draw convincingly. I have studied lizards, pictures of Komodo Dragons, & other reptiles, & I've concluded that Frieza's ears are a cross between normal reptile features & humanoid ears.  That makes them insanely hard to draw. Also, I always have problems with his casque - the armor on his head. The depth, the reflections, & making it look 3-dimensional are all quite tricky. Anyway, I think I managed to do an okay job on this piece, so I'm happy with it.
