"I'm a bit afraid of the water, so I can't say I know anything fun to do around there." He spoke with a laugh. "Perhaps one day you could teach me the fun things?" He asked. Of course it was a silly thing to ask when he had no idea if they'd even become friends. But, it was worth a shot. Such a pretty lioness should have some friends.
"It'll be an adventure to remember then." He said with another nod. "Though, I dear say, I won't be a very good swimmer." He told her honestly. He was more then happy to venture on with such a kind lioness. Of course, this could have all been a trick, but he never thought about that unless the situation popped up.

Mono blinked...afraid of water? could anyone be afraid of water? Mono didn't understand but she guessed he had his reasons then she had to show him that the ocean or any place of water could be wounderful.
" Well i show you that the ocean can be wounderful too i show you that you don't have to be afraid "
The female sounded very happy and she was it was a long time ago she had some company down to the ocean.
" Oh no good swimmer? then i teach you that as well if you don't mind? "
Mono was getting really exited now.

With her look, he was quite surprised. He figured all felines were afraid of water. "Aren't you? I mean, most other lions and lionesses I meet can't stand it unless drinking." Which was true. Mono was the first he'd ever met who didn't mind water.
"Lead the way, Ma'lady." he said with a bow. He could be quite the gentleman when he felt comfortable, but most the time he was as clumsy as him trying to fish, which was all he could really use as an example.
"I've never swam before." He said again, honestly. He had nothing to hide, and had no reason to be ashamed of his flaws. "Do you swim alot?" he asked.

Mono shock her head and looked at the male more normally now without being embarrased.
" No why should i? me and my two sisters always loved water so it's a part of me "
She loved swimming, fishing, look at the water or collect those small seashells and make things from them. She looked down at her bracelet she had made..
" I made this from the treasures from the sea.. "
She said proudly and showed him her bracelet made of seashells. Then she started walking. They had to start now if they would get there before it got dark.
" I show you the way~~ just follow me "
The female was happy she was gonna show her newfound friend what she loved most in the hole world accept her family of course. And who knows what would happen at the ocean any adventure was possible.
