ok, I got 2. :p
1: Sailor Jupiter, she can kick your a** and look good doing it without even trying with insane physical power and martial arts expertise(makes me think she may be related to Tsunade from Naruto lol), she's a fantastic cook who could easily demolish bobby flay(that domb b*****d), she's everything a guy like me looks for in a marital prospect. ^_^
2: Sailor Pluto, mastery of time, has that aura about her that makes you look at her(even if you know your girlfriend/fiancee/wife is gonna beat the piss out of you for it), and she's rich, she has what it takes to have any man she wants.
that's my choices. :p

Sailor Saturn because when I was a kid, I always waited for the purple scout, so I was automatically attached to her!

My oringinal favorite was Sailor Venus (thats also my favorite planet) and hse still is but now that I think about it I also like Sailor Pluto as a strong second and Sailor Neptune as third but when Princess Serenity comes in the picture then this all changes and she might even be the first one!

My favorite varies from manga to anime, since most of the characters are VASTLY different.
Anime favorite: Sailor Jupiter, hands down
Manga favorite: Hm...probably Pluto. Though Sailor Moon has a completely different act, so I guess it's a tie between Pluto and Moon

 Sailor Saturn she is so sweet and inisent that being the scout of death kind of fits and she knows whin she is needed and will always do her best to help people even if she knows she will die

With regard to my favourite Sailor, it's quite difficult because the characters are depicted in different way in the mangas and in TV series.
Therefore, I can say that in the manga I like best:
Sailor Venus (she's clumsy yet charming - it's hard not to adore her) and
SailorJupiter (she's so determined and strong),
and in the TV series:
Sailor Moon (she's cute, her kindness is overwhelming, she saves most enemies) and
Sailor Mars (she's catty toward Usagi but she truly loves her and she's first to protect Usagi, and Rei's sarcasm is a trait I like most in mangas).

Uranus, hands down.
She's SOOOO hot!! xd I love her super cool attitude and how fierce she is, but how tender she can be [towards Michiru, anyway].
And the added bonus of Uranus fans:
Ogata Megumi [who voices her in the Japanese versoin] has a smexy as hell voice.
Growing up though the favorites did change, its safe to say I never liked Pluto. I don't know what it is about her but she creeps me out. Maybe it's the lipstick colour.

the Starlights.
Fighter most, but I love all 3 of them after watching all of Sailor Stars.
