Whoo, yay, working here as a colorist of sorts, this is a temp post for me to futz with artistic ideas. xd So let's start with flowers. They're bright, they're colorful, they've got cool patterns I can have fun with, they smell nice, and they give me an interesting starting point to learn Aerithe edits. Flowers. Sooo...a list of sorts will be here for a while of ideas to bat back and forth. Ideas for flower-based kirin, that is. Based on what I, personally, would like to do that hasn't been done yet.
Night-blooming cereus: I am obsessive about this gorgeous bloom, and you'd be, too, in my shoes
Tiger lily: When you talk about eye-popping, tiger lily comes to mind
Magnolia: I've wanted to do this since the very first hiring thread for Aerithe xd
Iris: Dunno what type I'll do, but it'll be just elegant
Agapanthus: There's a mouthful of a name for a very small and rather pretty bloom
Wisteria: This would be a fun challenge to attempt later on
Nasturtium: Back to the eye-popping warm colors
Lily-of-the-valley: Simple, but very cute
Crown of thorns: Weird pick, but my mom calls hers Spike xd
So let's play with those nine for right now. ^^;
