Personality: Outgoing and kind hearted he is a little squeamish when it comes to blood and guts. He is normally smiling and trying to make those around him smile as well. He is very non-violent, and prefers to stay away from having to hold a gun by busying himself with protecting the people he loves with well made armor and good looking uniforms.
Likes: Bright colors, jersey cotton prints, sweets, sewing, music, glitter, mascara, ceramics, peace, love, and smiles.
Dislikes: violence, blood, hurt, fire, sadness, dull grays, polyester, old men, guns, planes, broken zippers, and knifes.
Goals: To become a great designer and create the uniforms for the entire military, as well as invent the best, safest and lightest armor of his lifetime.

-History
Short History: Jamie grew up in and around the military bases. His father was a well respected general, but he was Jamie were not at all alike, he took after his mother in almost all aspects except for appearance. His mother died when he was young from the flu, and he does not really have a lot to remember her by besides a photograph, and stories told to him by his father’s friends. His father rarely spoke to him after his mother’s death, he was devastated and took to being cold and reserved around his son.
When Jamie was fifteen his father was sent on an extended mission to the edge of the territory and he has not seen him since. He thinks that taking a military job would make his father proud but knows that nothing he can do would ever get his father’s respect.

-Notes
Appearance: Jamie is very tall and extremely scrawny, he has very little muscle mass, and is mostly skin and bones. He does not work out or even try to become stronger because he thinks that it won’t do him much good. His skin is creamy pale, and his face is marked by a self inflicted tattoo of a star a half inch from the corner of his left eye. His hair is a few inches long and statically messy, the color golden brown with a few darker reddish strands running though as well.
Distinguishing characteristics: The small star tattoo near his left eye that could be mistaken for a beauty mark at first glace, his tall awkward appearance, and his very pale skin.

Personality: James is a spacey person. He's very nice and genial, but seems a bit aloof at times. Often he'll just sit around staring off in thought. He's very intellectual, but is lacking when it comes to understanding how other people feel.
Likes: marbles, science fiction books, R&B jazz, alone time, meeting new people
Dislikes: Drathonians, manual labor, dark places, thick fog, sirens, pricks [the kind that think they own the place]
Goals: James has lacked any true direction in his life since a year ago (see history).

-History
Short History: James' real last name is not Dodger. Just over a year ago, he was picked up in a disabled freight ship in the Rimworld Sector. The vessel was presumably attempting to escape the series of assaults that the Drathonians had been performing on isolated Terran colonies. Of the four people on the small vessel, both pilots were killed when the cockpit was destroyed by Drathonian fighters. The third man died shortly after rescue from internal hemorrhaging. The ship that discovered him was a Mars-class destroyer, the Artful Dodger, which was combing the sector for survivors from the assaults. James was in a comatose state when they found him. When he finally came to, he had absolutely no recollection of anything whatsoever. Doctors couldn't find anything wrong with him, and determined that it must be a very strong self-induced amnesia caused by post traumatic stress disorder. All that could be gathered about him was his first name, James, written on the band of his boxers. He spent the following year being indoctrinated into military life, and the crew discovered he was exceptionally intelligent. When the captain felt it was time for him to leave, he sent him off with a recommendation to the Naval Academy. He's adopted Dodger as his last name, after the vessel he'd lived on, but it's more used as a nickname than a surname.

-Notes
Appearance: Average height and build for someone around 16. James has scruffy blonde hair that comes down to his eyebrows, and it never seems to be combed. His skin is unnaturally pale, no matter how much sunlight he gets (which is generally very little, anyway). Thick eyebrows emphasize his slightly sunken blue eyes. He has very pronounced cheekbones.
Distinguishing characteristics: Blonde hair and blue eyes. He also has around 20 scars of varying shapes and size running from his left shoulder all the way down to the wrist. Several of them are quite thick and long.

Personality: Meryl is very charismatic and self-assured. Any doubts she has she keeps it to herself. She is very much a tomboy.
Likes: Sports, engines, power tools, guys who know their way around a socket-wrench
Dislikes: Having nothing to do, lazy people, bitchy girls
Goals: Become a professional mechanic

-History
Short History: Meryl lost her mother during the Drathonian attack, and was raised by her father along with two brothers. Due to her upbringing she picked up many of the habits of her siblings. The few friends she has that are girls pity her and try to ‘teach’ her the way girls are apparently supposed to act, but Meryl just ignores them as she is perfectly happy with a wrench in hand.
When she was 16, a recruiter spotted her and told her she could have a very promising career working as an engineer for the Terran Navy. After talking it over with her father she sent in her application to Prestige Valley Naval Academy.

-Notes
Appearance: Meryl is tall and lean with some defined muscle mass on her arms and upper torso. She has medium length brown hair that stops just above her shoulder line, and one blond highlight streak that runs along her left bang that is a few inches longer than the rest of her hair. She has a round face that is pleasant on the eyes; her eyes are a light shade of blue.
Distinguishing characteristics: Her blond highlight, her muscle mass, she always carries a 7/16ths wrench in her pocket.

Personality: Alice is a happy, self-controlled, quiet girl.
Likes: Any form of food, thinking, sailing, being near water.
Dislikes: Being away from sailing too long, interacting with other people.
Goals: Successfully become a navigator, own her own ship and travel the world once more.

-History
Short History: Alice was raised on the ship. Her parents constantly traveled and she never had a real room nor stayed in the same place for a period of time. She's seen the world and still loves going out and seeing it all over again. She lost her whole family;every piece of family except her mother, in a ship wreck. She then lost her mother not too long after the wreck to Drathonian. She lives on now, living out her dream of becoming a ship captain, owning her own boat and forever traveling. She doesn't really interact with people, as being she doesn't know how. She usually avoids any form of communication; her nervousness always makes her flustered.
