Slythor chuckled. "Oh.. a koi pond? Those are very cool. I can see why your father would want one. " He chuckled. "Well, come on, 'Ludra. We should ind some fish for you dad if he wants a pond, neh?" He asked, taking the boy's free hand in his and leading him down the aisles of fish. He was personally interested in breeding betas, but this kid just seemed hopelessly pathetic with his wandering and clutching to the halo and whatnot.

Aludra grumbled a bit, eyes going wide when the other boy started pulling him somewhere, fingers tightening around his halo, but not at all making any motion to actually hold Slythor's hand. Instead, he stared with wide, tri-colour eyes at the other's scaled hand, then looked toward the boy himself, and back to their hands, before shaking his head.
"Not need pond. No space in 'partment," he stated firmly, no matter how much he would actually love to have one of his own of those large, majestic fish.

Slythor frowned. "Well then, let's get a small one just for you, shall we?" He asked. He continued to pull the boy toward male betas, each one individually separated from the other, although they tried to attack one another. He chuckled at the thought. "Pick the prettiest one. They;re only a dollar or something. I plan to get myself a pair, a girl and a boy to make even more beautiful fish."

Aludra blinked in surprise as he was tugged toward a display that was covered in fish that looked very much like the koi that were displayed, but these fish were... tiny! Tri-coloured eyes looked up and down the shelf that was covered in little fish, before latching onto two males that were attempting to fight, flaring their fins and gills and swimming up and down the sides of their individual cups.
His eyes darted between the two of them, obvious that he'd finally made a selection of what he wanted, before he slowly lifted a hand, pointing toward the blue and platinum one, slowly casting his gaze upward. As a specifically bred crowntail, the price on the little cup was fifteen dollars. Had he noticed that, Aludra would have run across the store and actually talked to his dad for money, given the man definitely had enough for the stupid fish; after all, he'd had enough for everything else. But instead, he was looking up at Slythor with what bordered on puppydog eyes. "Want...?"

Slythor frowned."Go talk to your father about it if you want the fish. they're all yours." He smiled and searched for a female, small and all white with few spots. He didn't mind the female's bland colors.. all the females looked like that. From there he chose a slivery-blue male crowntail. He smiled and looked at the female, then the male. They were a good match, if he did say so himself. He did research on his fish and wanted to enter a new competition coming up within the year.
"They're pretty, but makes don't do well with each other. I'd keep them separated if I were you when you buy them."

He blinked up at the older boy, his gaze sharpening slightly when the other suggested he talk to his father, before glancing back toward Noah. Finally, he held up one finger for a 'one second' gesture, before he went to get his father, more-or-less dragging the man back Noah used to this given the fact that Aludra's communication was mainly pointing. The man blinked a couple times and waved briefly at Slythor.
"Good to see you again," he noted, before ducking down a bit to look at the shelf from Aludra's point-of-view. "What was it you wanted, Alu?" he asked, only for the Greed boy to point toward one of the males, then the other.
"Fish," he stated, only for his father to smile softly and nod. "Alright, we'll get them then. You know they have to be in two different tanks, right?" he asked, and the half-demon nodded. "Slythor said." Noah nodded and gave a 'thanks' smile toward Slythor, before taking both of the fish that his son wanted off the shelf and heading to the front of the store, calling over his shoulder. "Hey Slythor, could you please help Aludra get the stuff he needs? Thanks!"

Slythor waved briefly to the parent, amused by how the father seemed to be dragged around. He smiled and watched, before grabbing what he needed. He also took down the two that Aludra wanted quite willingly, being careful with them as he walked over with the kid to the receoption counter. "Is that all you want?" He asked the boy gently.

Aludra blinked in confusion when the other boy took down the fish that he wanted, and then also took down another two, tri-coloured eye glancing to where his father had gone off. He pointed toward the adult. "Has fish," he stated plainly, not really understanding what the lopsided male was doing. "Said get 'stuff 'Ludra need'," the boy stated with a firm nod, though he had absolutely no idea what exactly he needed, aside from two tanks, as his father had said.
And all that brought up was the hope that he was actually getting a tank.
