Yes, this has already been explained to me, actually. I am not pleased with the explanation, though, so I keep asking in the hope that it will change.

Venom is still working on the system, and the roleplay that is supposed to precede this one has not yet concluded the arcs that Venom wishes it to have. Therefore, both testing of the system and the roleplay must conclude before the roleplay "27" may begin. For more info on the roleplay, I believe someone may have posted a link to the wiki, which still needs reformatting. I'd do it myself, but I'm too lazy to learn how. Elesariin Joe: Yes.
