steno uhh, your wasting your skills, but whatever... uhh, since there is no iron maiden(which I hardly believe) you'll die at, hmmm at the spooks(are they called gouls?) in act4, at izual, and if you don't then you'll die at the gouls in act5 when your going to do baal Please pick one instance of death. Having multiple instances of death is unfair, as it allows you to win at multiple scenarios.

ok, then I say gouls in act5, cause you go there more then act4, and there is a higher chance there
noone steal my part where he dies^.^

Update: Played for 1 hour. Accompliushments: Defeated the countess ... only acquired a el and an eld rune -_- ... I want more runes .. and I'm not getting a cube until act 2 ... ugh ... baka yaro
