She smiled brightly at the other male. "Oh thank you ... so much." It was a heavy weight off her shoulders to know that her dreams hadn't been in vain.
"It would be lovely if you could. Perhaps from there my mate and i could wander a bit on our own, make ourselves a bit more familer with the area." It would be nice to meet some of the others that called this place home also.

"Thank you." He bowed his head to the other male, what tension might have been remaining in his body easing away as they were welcomed. He hoped with all of his heart that the others accepted them just as this male had; knowing well enough what kind of spirit his mate had and that if she were finally at peace then he would have a chance to return to his old self as well. He wanted nothing more than a peaceful life and he hoped that this would be the beginning of it.

Nodding, Makadara stepped past them, padding easily around the many small stones that littered the path. "Our lands are, for the most part, quite easy to find your way around in--however, some of the paths going to and from the waterfalls can be treacherous, so it pays to be mindful of your footing." His tone was easy, conversational--it was one he'd have been hard-pressed to have affected, even a season before.

"I will have to make note of that." She was used to walking around on the grasses of the savanna so it woudl take a bit to get used to the rocks near the waterfalls. She knew she would learn eventually.
She had finally found it at last. She had found the place where she knew she and her love were suppose to be. It was a beautiful feeling

It would almost be like learning how to walk again... And that was something that he could get used to as long as he was learning alongside his mate. Walking behind the other male he paused for a moment, leaning over to brush his muzzle against her neck before continuing on. This was exactly what they needed... A new beginning; peace at last.

Continuing along the path, Makadara allowed silence to fall, willing to let the pair pay attention to where they placed their paws, and to acquainting themselves with their new home--at least, the parts of it that they'd see as they made their way to the central gathering place of the Umande'mfumi. He hoped that the pride would be all that the pair hoped for--and that they would prove to be an integral part of it, in turn.
