tbh, I probably wouldn't press the button, buut... people would be all DON'T PRESS THE BUTTON so I'd pretend to press it, then someone would hit me and I'd fall onto the button.
and then I would laugh at our doom.

Also, did anyone else watch the inauguration today? I listened to it on the radio in the car. I got to go home early from school to watch it, but I live an hour away from school so if I had waited I would have missed it.

[SomePersonYouDontKnow] I've been trying to figure out what that means all day, but my brain isn't comprehending that statement. Seriously. I can be really stupid sometimes.
Also, did anyone else watch the inauguration today? I listened to it on the radio in the car. I got to go home early from school to watch it, but I live an hour away from school so if I had waited I would have missed it. I missed it, had stuff to do. D: Chickens run around for a few minutes after their heads are cut off, bearing no sense of direction. >.>

About a hundred students, me included, crammed into one room and watched the inauguration projected huge onto a wall-screen thingy.
it was very moving, and rescued me from my ******** state. I love Yo-Yo Ma, so it was awesome to see him play. always cheers me up!

I got a copy of today's newspaper full of inauguration stuff (I also have one from the day after the election). And it's a piece of history. I'm not even removing the annoying advertising sticker that COVERS UP THE HEADLINE (which says PRESIDENT OBAMA in big huge letters). And I already knew about the headless chicken thing.
Also, I recorded Obama taking the oath of office and a teeny tiny part of his inaugural address (just the very beginning and people shouting O-BA-MA!! O-BA-MA!! at the top of their lungs).
And it was interesting to hear the all the people on the news that said that they thought they'd never live to see this day (which is also what my mom said), and it's nice to think that they were pleasantly surprised. It's also sad when you look through the obituary section and look at all the people who lived to see the election results but didn't get to actually see Obama as president. Makes me really sad.

Obama... Ah, that man is good, I tell ya.
Although the Press and the "OMG, BLACK PREZIDENT!!!!!!!1111!!!11111!11one" Thing gets old fast.
He's human, people. Get over it.
Also: Fun fact: During the inauguration, in that area, with all them people, no arrests. No fights. Nothing. For a brief Period of time, Peace.
