PinkDawg I think the Cardinals have surprised me the most this season. Last season, I didn't even consider the Cardinals as playoff material, and here they are, one step away from going to the Superbowl. Well I think that it was the fall of the Seahawks that yielded the rise of the Cardinals. They still had a mediocre record of 9-7, but went undefeated against their division, and are really turning heads in the playoffs. Surprisingly hosting the NFC Championship game, they are one win away from their first Super Bowl appearance.

The Cards beating the Cardiac Cats surprised me more than Ravens beating the Titans.

Argus Plexus The Cards beating the Cardiac Cats surprised me more than Ravens beating the Titans. Yeah, of course. ...But the Titans really should have won that game. They gave it away. But the Cardinals dominated the Panthers.

KTS Cardinals beating the 49ers in 4 seconds(What the hell ref,What the hell) lol, this has been brought up dozens of times... But coaching lost the 49ers that game. They wasted too much time to get to the ball and spike it at the line downfield. Then they called two bad plays.

Well the dolphins didnt really surprise me, I was really expecting this, I told a friend of mine that this would be a good season for the dolphins and he always mocked me, even during the preseason, now I got huge bragging rights xp
I think the 49ers surprised me with Singletary, and Im expecting a good 49ers season for 2009, I think theyll be in the postseason since their division is not so strong, but we'll see about that. The Cleveland Browns surprised me... in a bad way, I also told my friend that the Browns would be a dangerous team this season (we are both Steelers fans) and thanks god he doesnt remember I said that, lol. The ravens also came as a bit of a shock, I was expecting a lot more from the browns than what the ravens have done this season already. Also, the jags, I expected them to be a very strong team.... dont have a lot to say here. Atlanta... I expected them to get better, but not that much, didnt think theyd get to the post-season, maybe an 8-8 record, but never post-season, they are a good team and they will be dangerous this next season.

The Patriots lose Tom Brady in the begining of the season(I never thought that would EVER HAPPEN) And the Ealges Tie(WTF) 1. I have thought they were good enough for many seasons. They finally got the little luck and cohesion they needed to bust it through. 2. I expected it. They just cant seem to win in December. 3. I refer to #1. 4. I did not know what to make of that team. Good yes, but how will they have handled with a rookie QB. Well now we know. 5. I actually won a bunch of money off of Colts fans. Knew they were going to do it. Things were piecing together like they were supposed to. 6. Hey, you never know when someone is going to go down. Look at McNabb in '05. The first game of the season when he was deliberately hit with a spear from a d-lineman. 7. Ties happen. What I cannot believe is that McNabb and a few other players did not know that ties could happen.

So the Miami Dolphins did not surprise you at all this season? Maybe you predicted them to do better, and actually win a decent amount of games. But can you really not be surprised of a team that went from 1-15 to 11-5, and won the AFC East (over teams like the Patriots, Jets, and Bills)?

I wasn't at all surprised when the Dolphins lost their wildcard game. They relied far too heavily on the wildcat formation.

Argus Plexus Their defense definitely won them that game. Ed Reed, especially. Defensively, he has the best nose for the ball thrown in the air, in the NFL.

I haven't watched many Ravens games, but from what I've seen, their defense is strong.
