delay is my pick, it gives off that "special" extra needed for solos

I'd say reverb. I use that more than any other effect I have.

I would say delay and reverb are by far my favorites. They make any type of tone sound better, even if you are in a bad acoustical environment. They simulate a really great acoustical environment and make your tone sound so much fuller.

In my case out of those choices it would have to be wah, I own the Boss Pw-10. Comes with other cool effects on it.

I can't live with out lush old school spring reverb.... what can I say? Pink Floyd is what got me into music haha

Out of them all, I'd have to go with Wah... It makes my mouth move with some notes, like I'm trying to say it along with my music... XD Also, Kirk Hammett was one of my main inspirations, and... he likes him some Wah.

Hah, don't people go through phase(r)s with effects? (Anyone catch the pun?).
Lately, I've been really into echos, especially layering echoes on echos at different times, it sounds groovy.
I used to be really obsessed with my wah pedal...But then it ran out of batteries and I lost interest, because I have to buy a new battery and they're expensive.
Would it be sacreligious if I said I've never used reverb?

I can't choose. The effect goes with the style I'm writing for, and the solo I've written. It's the accent for the voice I'm creating at that particular time.
That sounded all pretentious and Indie Douche like. I feel dirty.
