"Aeka-chan lost his parents to a horrible fire. Not to mention his health is very weak. He has experienced great loss." Bijin sipped his tea quietly as he thought over Carl's next question. Had he ever done anything bad? Did he mean like the time he planted Kin's wallet on a boy who had insulted him just to get him arrested for theft? No, that was revenge and not really that bad. He sighed softly.
"Yes, I have done something bad. And in doing so I hurt Aeka-chan." He took another breath and relaxed before speaking. "My boyfriend, Kinnara, is a fable just like Aeka-chan and myself. He and Aeka-chan were dating, Aeka being very much in love with Kin. But....." he sighed again for a moment. "Kin and I share so much in our lives. And I guess I gave him something no one else had. So, Kin left Aeka-chan for me."

"Poor Aeka..." was all he could manage at first. He couldn't imagine losing his mom in that horrible way. How did the boy cope with such hurt? And then to have his boyfriend taken away...but Jin hadn't meant to hurt Aekepi, right? He offered a sympathetic smile, not having meant to sadden Jin. He would be more tactful with his questions from now on, though he was a bit late for that today. "You didn't do it to directly hurt Aeka though, so I don't think it's too bad. It's really just an unfortunate result of the circumstances. It's not like you killed someone or something like that."
Carl averted his gaze, directing attention away from such heavy matters by reaching out to pluck the edge of one of the remaining outfits. "You're awesome, Jin. I can't even imagine making something like this."

Bijin chuckled softly and put his tea down. "I love to design clothes. Always have ever since I started wearing non-traditional clothing." He went to get some cookies for the boy, thinking he might prefer them over biscuits. Pouring more tea he looked over the outfis and nodded in satisfactions. "And I will easily make more for you as you need them. Though when I start my own shop I may have to start charging you unless you become my model." He grinned at the avian, wondering if the boy really would be willing to be a model.
He went to his table and retrieved his large notebook of designs. Placing it infront of Carl it showed many outfit designs. Some had fox models, other feline. Some even had bird models.

Carl carefully looked over the notebook with interest. If only the other Velvets could see this, they would have been amazed by the diversity. A grin found itself spreading over the handsome visage as he noted the avian section. He was distinctly pleased with what he saw there and what he'd already tried. Thus, there was no hesitation in his answer, "I'd model for you anytime, if you'd have me. These are so much better than the few things I've been lucky to find for someone my...well...you get the picture. I know some Velvets who would look fantastic in these..." A specific one caught his attention and he eagerly pointed it out. It appeared to be a senior school uniform from the kitsune's own regions. "Do you think you could make that for a squirrel?"

Bijin smiles brightly as Carl looked over his designs then laughed softly as the avian offered his modeling services. He understood the whole not finding anything in your size thing. Most women's cuts were hardly meant for someone with a male's build, even Bijin's light frame. "Well I would be more than happy to make clothing for your friends." He stopped a bit when Carl asked for the school outfit. He looked over then looked over Carl for size then considered all the parts of a squirrl. "I'm sure I could, his tail would take a bit of working with the pants but yeah, I could make that no problem."

"I'm sure you could do it...though his tail IS big...He has a nice butt though," He caught himself, fluffing slightly in embarrassment at the comment. Where had THAT come from? The bird had been drunk last time he'd admitted that, though now that he thought about it, it was true. He quickly remedied it, blushing as he looked up at Jin. "For modeling! He would look good in your clothes, I'm sure...all he ever wears is a doctor's coat. He really needs to loosen up...is all..." He coughed lightly and turned back to the designs, trying to focus. It was true that Rouge could use some flavor in his wardrobe, and the outfit he'd picked would look perfect on him. He wondered if the squirrel even liked red. Jin would know if he got a look at him, he was sure.
