Lola stood in the stair well with a face twisted in confusion. She reached into a pocket on the front of her dress searching for something. Not finding it, she heaved a heavy sigh and sat on one of the steps.

Shou walked to the stairs. He sat down at the very end. Looking at his hands, they were clean and pale but all he saw was blood.

Kraehe walked up the stairs and noticed a guy sitting at the end of stairs. "Are you okay?" she said noticing his hands.

Shou looked over at the girl, his eyes showed death and sadness. He smiled weakly. "Sorry, its just hard to except this. I've been a vampire for a few years, but I still dont want it, I dont want to kill to survive, I hate it." His sadness in his vioce grew, as much as he didn't want to show it, he did.

"I'm kind of like you, I hate killing sometimes. When I don't feel like killing," she pulled out a packet "I eat these. These are 'Blood Tablets'." she handed him a fresh packet. "Don't eat them all the time, or else you will grow sick from not having fresh real blood." she said sitting next to him.

Shuya grabed the packet and looked at it. He smiled. "Well, this is better then eating rats. But, how long have you been a vampire?" He asked curiously.

Kraehe hesitated about this. "Okay, I was turned on my sixteenth birthday so I look 16. Though, I've been alive on this earth after that for 157 years." she said smiling. "What about you?"

Shou took his eyes off the blood tablit and looed at Kraehe. "Well, I turned when I was 16 but I've only been a vampire for about four years now." His bite mark was still fresh, as if he was bitten today.
