She didn't excatly have time to say anything about the dress or necklace. She let her hands drop from her ears and slowly took a breath as she realized he'd only lost his temper again. She jumped as he tossed the chair, and succeeded in falling back as he appeared before her. 'I need to learn to keep my moth shut when I'm scared...' she thought off offhandedly, not intending for him to hear it, though she realized he would.
She waited till he'd finished before standing up. She was silent for a moment looking around teh room to survey the damage. "I"m sorry." she said quietly. "I wasn't trying to offend you." She moved to stand by a wall, crossing her arms in front of her so she was holding her elbows as she stared at the ground. The door was froze over, so she figured he didn't want her leaving yet. She opted to take her own advice and hold her tongue till she had her nerves settled.

He'd look back to her as she apologized, then quickly turn his attention back to the wall he'd made his way to. He'd use his power to force things from his way before coming to a giant closet that seemed to be stuck in the wall. His arms would cross over his chest and his wings would spread wide, wall to wall to finally reveal their length, all four sets for the first time. "E nomine patri, et fili, et spiritus sancti. Amen." He'd throw his arms out to his sides forcing a golden aura to erupt about him, white feathers blowing all about.
With each piece of the prayer, the seal on the seemingly crappy closet had turned, and with the end of the prayer it had unlocked, allowing him to tear the doors open. His wings would fold back and he'd grab some glowing item, though the moment he'd turn it was easy to tell it was a golden sword of magnificent detail. He'd place the longsword in his robes, then makes his way to the doors. "I don't have to read your mind; humans release a stench when fear is upon them. My anger is my right, but do not fear me. I cannot harm you nor Caleb."
He'd turn to her with a smile, not quite warm but one to show he wasn't angry, but rather disappointed. "Ask and you shall receive...voice your wishes. I'm no Djinn; I'm not going to screw you over. The point to my existence is to help, and yet..." He'd sigh, then look to the frozen door. "You wish to leave, yes?"

Cat listened as he said something in latin, then turned in time to see the wings and feathers. She caught one as it floated by. "You can't physically harm us no, but I seem to find myself double checking everything I say and do, as you seem to find humans rather offensive to begin with." She looked up from the feather to catch his disappointed smile, feeling bad now.
As he mentioned her leaving she walked over to him, handing him back the feather. "I'm not use to the things you keep trying to give me, nor am I use to asking for things and actually getting them." She tried to offer a warm smile. "I'll leave if I"ve offended you again."

He'd look to his feather, then look to her and though the initial look would be most stern, he'd soon close his eyes and smile a bit while placing his hand on her shoulder. "Life...is so much more simple then mortals think. Ask and you shall receive, though you may not like the answer. But at least you had the courage to ask in the chance you may get the desired answer. Mortality threatens you all; do you really have time to float about always worrying when the answer may be right next to you? Can you afford to constantly wonder "what if" and "maybe?" You're beyond material items, you've proved that and it reminds me why I view you do differently."
He'd walk passed her to the frozen door then run his hand over the warm ice. "Amazing, isn't it? You're the first one to witness what I can do, and though this is a small display I still think the act of freezing the essence of heat itself is impressive...perhaps I have an ego?" He'd turn and lay his back against it, a smile having returned to his face. "It's hard to have a belief when you're forced to have a lie with it...you can't believe if you don't lie." He'd force his hand inside of his robe, taking hold of something.
"I don't want you to leave Sanctuary; never! That was not my intention...but fear can lead one to think the darkest. I only wanted to know if you wished to leave this room, Cat. If you wish to..." He'd take a deep breath then sigh. "If you wish to leave Sanctuary, I'll help you to the ground..."

Honestly Cat was a bit surprised he didn't yell at her again. She relaxed, letting out a breath she didn't realize she was holding, smiling for real instead of forcing it now. She watched him walk over to the door, raising a brow when he mentioned it was warm to teh touch rather then cold. "That explains the color. And yes, that is pretty impressive." she pointed out, looking the ice over now that she realized it wasn't cold. "As far as believing in things goes, I believe your aiming for the greater good, and that your telling the truth about that. If there is a lie somewhere in there, I'd hope you tell me ahead of time so that I can at least acknowledge it and not get mad about it later." she smiled.
She looked to the door again when he gave her the option of leaving Sanctuary, and simply shook her head. "Sorry Setsumei, but your stuck with me for now."

He'd chuckle a bit while nodding his head. "You're a quick learner! If that is your belief, then simple text tells us that there must be a lie within it somewhere...yes, there is one. The greater good, whatever that may be, is none of my concern. My aim is one that gives immortality purpose, and in that fact it's rather selfish really. I aim for peace, somehting that by DEFINITION cannot be obtained! But, it gives me something to do...forever." He'd look down a bit and let out a sigh, then look to her with a crooked brow. "Do you think that somewhere out there, in one of the trillions of other realities, there's a Me doing just the opposite?"
He'd shake his head, then remove the golden sword from his robes slowly, the act itself seeming to slow time. The moment the tip was visible, time would seem to go into overdrive as Setsumei would swing the sword at the frozen wall. It'd shatter and fall like warm snow and he'd take the opportunity to quickly sheathe the sword back in his robes. He'd use more power to open the doors, revealing them to be beyond just high up. They were in the clouds, fierce clouds spitting lightning and rain about. "This room has a single access point: My own will. Consider my permission to be the key; the doors simply wouln't open less I will them to. The walls will not budge less I wish them to...and all for good reason. Now...where would you like to go, Cat? I've one hell of a library full of books no mortal eyes have seen..."

"An eternal protector for years to come." She summed up. She thought about his question a moment. "Technically, by laws of Quantum physics, there's suppose to be....That would suck if he showed up one day." she added as an afterthought.
Lost in thought Cat blinked when something glinted brightly before something warm fell from above. She took note it was the frozen heat from the door and held a hand out to catch a few of teh remnants before looking out teh door. "Glad I didn't attempt leaving sooner." she said, taking a look at the distance to the ground. "Nice view though." she joked. At teh mention of library Cat smirked. "I was going to say to where ever Caleb is, but chances are he's in the library." she smiled.

"Man's laws are not mine to follow, nor are those of Man's science. Our science freezes fire...whereas you bomb the hell out of one another. We learn to heal through aura, or chakra, and you blow up your own planet. I don't intend to stay here forever...only while life flourishes."
They'd vanish and appear in the same moment, from and to the library. "Though, I hardly consider what's happening to the people of this planet any sort of flourishing." He'd move to a large bookshelf and use his power to force a few random books down to a nearby table. "A meteor hits the Earth and a species is destroyed. Man hides and evolves. Wars rage, and somehow man does not die. Man creates War, Famine, Pestilence and Death. And harnesses it. Man blows up it's own damn planet...and lives, slowly corrupting another one. If I were God, I think I'd be extremely pissed off..."

"You don't think God or the Devil put certain people on this earth to do these things in order for the world to 'start over'?" She asked curiously. It was something of a question she'd wanted to ask somebody that would give her a straight answer with some sort of truth behind it. She looked a the books he'd put down. "I mean, each time something bad like that happens, people usually have to start over."

"I think certain people are persuaded by good and evil to unimaginable extents. I believe that Christ called himself the Son of God in that he knew he was the creation of God and was one of his children and wanted all to know it; I believe he took pride in it. I believe that when the time came that he could die for the sake of you all, he was more happy then you could imagine. I believe there are those as well like Adolph Hitler that could be blinded by Envy to the point that they become a harbinger of evil. No mortal can be forced to do anything; free will always shatters your chains. It would be against His own rules and wishes to do as you say."
He'd take another book and begin to flip through it, one documenting every significant individual in human history. "Look for yourself. Read each good and evil, and tell me that their actions were done not of Fate but of free will and their own light."

((If im right Alex justinished that arguement and cats inside.))
Omi grabbed Alex's hand. "Theres a whole wide world of adventure out there. Honestly id rather take a nap now that i can make use of a proper bed but i figure destiny has much more planned than slummber." With that she began a light stride towards the city. The park slightly distant in the corner vision made her smile.
"Thanks, im sure later you will regret this but for now fun fun fun." She was trying to think, "Where should we go first?"

"I know enough about history to know what happened on Earth before it went kaboom. I took something of an interest in it when I found out I was from there." Cat explained. She reached out to grab a book, and skim through a couple of pages. She sighed and closed the book after a moment. "Your starting to make me dislike my own species, ya know." she said flatly.

"My apologies, but your species is one that holds a very sad and disturbing history; evolution and privilege all gone wrong. It's not to say that ALL humans are so dreary, but it is fact to say that most are. Heaven has long since smiled upon your kind and demons have long since risen." He'd sigh and look about the library before his eyes would rest back on Cat. "Worst of all...you were given a second chance on this planet and the first thing we see from mankind? Huxley Energy Corporation."
He'd slowly begin to walk about the library, organizing book after book, thus books would be seen flying through the air. He had a horrible habit of finding his one desired detail, then just placing the book wherever. "Let me ask you this: Do you think I'm proud of the Choirs, Cat?"

"Choirs?" She echoed. She wasn't entirely sure how to answer that. With everything he just said, she'd say no, but then again, she'd come to find out through past experience with Setsumei, not everything is as it seems. "I guess I"m not sure." she answered honestly.
Caleb had been sitting a bit further back, but kept an ear open as he listened to teh conversation.
