A smile graced the male's maw, before he ruffled the little lioness between the ears. "Think about it, I'm years older than you." He sighed, then looked eastward. "So... The Firekin desert is that way." That was the way she'd come, and the only possible way to go, he reasoned. Nodding, he looked down at her. "Let's go... Little sister." Not leaving her room to argue, he started walking.

Letting out a humph at being called little, Savitri began to follow. She paused, looking back at the place Minoru had warned her not to go near. Humans... Weird. Shrugging, she followed after, doing her best to keep up with what was an easy pace for the adult. She believed him, when he said he was her brother... He knew who her father was, his lineage... But then, truth was in the eye of the beholder, wasn't it?
