*Stray grinned, briefly flashing sharpened teeth before withdrawing them back into her gum.* A byproduct of distant ancestry. Have no use for them, but I still have them. You look much more scarier though. How come you don't hunt the wildlife down in the forests?Irridecent_Puddle " Ah..." He grinned, showing off his rather impressive and well used sharp teeth, and shrugged, " I don't feel the need to hunt something that can easily manipulated into my lair. The hunting here isn't the best. Besides... it goes against my master plot."

*Stray laughed and shook her head.* You're such a snob sometimes. I've always rather enjoyed hunting, the times I've actually needed to. That's how basically I made it the first few weeks here. Survived off from larger game prey. No where near as filling, nor could I live long term on them. But the tracking, chasing and taking down is rather exciting. *Eyes Puddles teasingly.* Your master plot isn't to take over the world's meat industry? Make all the meat eaters your slaves?Irridecent_Puddle " Very true..." The being shrugged, setting the orange and the partially consumed powerbar on the side table. " .... Heh. The thrill is great. *Stray settled back into her chair and stared at him with a probing, speculative look. After several long moments a small crease appeared between her brows.* Head like a mud hole... She muttered under her breath before lifting a hearty brow at him. That sounds kind of ominous.Irridecent_Puddle " Unfortunately, as much as I would. You'd kiss and tell my entirely complicated plot to the enemy. " He gave her a wink and closed his eyes to bunker down for a nap, or well to give the illusion of a nap. Stray reach over to run a hand down Hijinx's fur. While he was very warm, she was suddenly cold. Like her internal temperature dropped several degrees. She didn't like the feeling. Stray snorted. Seriously debating the pros and cons of kicking his a**. She reckoned she had a pretty 50/50 chance. Dandy he appeared to be. "With whom? The whole world? Stray, momentarily distracted by Puddle's exclamation, looked at Hijinx and chuckled despite herself. "It's not your fault. I seem to have that effect on males, no matter what species they are." She patted his shoulder affectionately before turning her attention back to his master. Her eyes fading back to burgundy as her anger cooled, replaced by irritated curiosity. "Quid pro quo, my lord. You tell me something I want to know, and in return I'll tell you something you want to know. What do you say?"Irridecent_Puddle " Fweee....she's a good petter. Stray reached out and placed her hand lightly on Puddles arm, gritting her teeth slightly as his unbalanced energy race up from her hand. "Puddles, are Bloodstones the only thing I'll be helping you transport?"Irridecent_Puddle He felt her hand on his arm. The being blinked and frowned slightly as he got a little bit light headed from the siphoning of energy. " Just bloodstones. Now, do be kind to remove your hand. " Oh he was on to her womanly whiles. That last taste he had had been quite enough for a long while.

Stray blinked, startled that she was able to actually catch some errant thoughts from Puddles with this physical contact now. She tightened her hand. This action went totally against her ethics, making her feel guilty. But desperate times called for desperate measures. She still grimaced, thinking how pissed Skyler was going to be. She could already feel it. Drawing a deep breath she replied, "You're not playing fair, so why should I?"Irridecent_Puddle He growled and bared his teeth, grinning. " I upheld my end of our bargain. This is spitting in my face when I cooperated so nicely. " Thoughts she would no doubt get would be more dark and rather involved ripping her head from her body, spine intact.
