Description:
For hundreds of years people have been using all sorts of weapons to gain the upper hand on their opponent, however, every generation one weapon seems to stick out like a sore thumb. At one point in history, the ability to attack an opponent from afar meant certain victory, the weapons that would perform this tasks would sometime later be known as projectiles.
It may seem simple, aim and toss, but the ability to use these methods while in combat, and with extreme precision is in fact extremely complicated.
These projectile weapons would eventually be utilized by shinobi, modified with their own special abilities and unique contribution of chakra, making them ever more deadly.

Rules:
• Projectiles used must be of light or medium weight

Secret Stash

A special technique favorited by shinobi who often use their weaponry in barrage formations. After bringing out a small scroll, the user will perform the needed handsigns, then press one hand against the open paper. The user's hand will seep through the paper as if it were water, then retract with the desired amount of projectiles. Because the user must continue to reach into the scroll, this technique is typically only used when they are completely out of ammunition, additionally- each scroll contains only 25 kunai, 25 shuriken, and 30 senbon
• Can only activate one scroll per battle
• Scroll does not work both ways (Can only draw projectiles from it, you cannot place more inside of it)

A rather useful technique that can only be performed after releasing the effects of 'Secret Stash'. The user will turn the scroll so that the draw point is facing their target, they will then press their palm against the back of the paper and surge a D ranked amount of chakra through their flattened hand. As the chakra moves through their hand, the user will cause anywhere from three to ten projectiles to fly out from scroll
• Requires 'Secret Stash' to have been used

They will then fling the weapon at an incredible speed, leaving behind it a trail of chakra...At any given point, the user will snap, causing the enhanced projectile to explode in a five yard radius, dealing roughly the damage of a B Ranked fireball ninjutsu
• Can be applied to 3 projectiles, per use

The user will begin by drawing a projectile into their hand, they will then inject it with a good amount of chakra. At the whim of the user, they will fling the weapon at an incredible speed- the projectile itself leaving an afterimage trail. At any point during its travel, the user can snap, causing the enhanced projectile to explode. A five yard radial blast, dealing roughly the same damage as a [ B Rank ] fireball Ninjutsu.
• Rather than costing [160] chakra to perform, each projectile enhanced costs [30] chakra.

___Description:
Before the nations filled with shinobi, before the feudal lords reigned, before anyone knew what lurked in the shadows, there were ninja. Reliant on their stealth, skill, and their sword, these ninja knew not the exact workings of their vast chakra networks, but they knew very well how to complete their missions.
More than just assassins, the ninja of old committed acts of espionage, sabotage, and infiltration. They developed methods to break through or sneak passed obstacles or opponents in order to achieve their main goal. Nothing could stand in the way of a true ninja.
These methods were at one point in time chronicled so that future generations would be able to learn their techniques. Although dwindled by time, the list below shows what those passed ninja were capable of.

___Notes:
• Smoke pellets used blur chakra singularity, making the network difficult to follow.
• The smoke that comes from the smoke pellets is badly affected by the wind.
• The smoke that comes from the smoke pellets can be any color.

An extremely simple yet vital technique in any ninja’s arsenal. Mastery of this action allows the user to make pin point shift and drift movements.

Endan no Jutsu [ Smoke Bomb Technique ]

One of the major staples of [ Juurai Toorima ].
The user will begin by drawing a smoke pellet from his person. He will then bring the pellet to his hand, typically between the fingers, and then slam it against a solid surface. The pellet will burst into a decent sized smokescreen, during which the ninja will attack or retreat.


Aseru [ To Fade ]

The user will bring a smoke pellet to each hand, twirl them to an easily thrown position, and then slam the two against the surface beneath them. As the smokescreen rises, they will perform a solid handsign, sending a quick surge of chakra throughout their body. In almost an instant, the user will escape any dangerous situation. To simplify, this is like a substitution jutsu that requires a smokescreen rather than an object to change positions with.
• Can only be used four [4] times per battle.

Insen [ Hidden Line ]

The user will attach a very, very thing wire to a projectile or small object, and toss said projectile as if it were a normal tool. However, they will likely intentionally miss, most likely causing the opponent to scoff or laugh. At any moment during the projectile’s flight, the user will give a light tug on the wire, causing its trajectory to change.

Juu Kousen no Hitojichi [ Hostage of Ten Steel Wires ]

The user will throw both of his hands forward; projecting a net of razor steel wires roughly the same width as the user’s body. The user will pump chakra into the wires in order to cause them to wrap around and tie those within the net’s reach. The wire is sharp enough to pierce deep into flesh, but not cut through bone.
• Max range 20 yards.

Takoage no Waza [ Art of Kite Flying ]

The user will draw a special piece of fabric from their person, placing it between their index and middle fingers. With an infusion of chakra, the fabric will grow in size, becoming the height and width of the original user. After doing so, the user will then grab onto each corner with his hands and feet, outstretching the cloth. Regardless of the user’s weight, this cloth can be used to glide over massive gaps and escape Earthy effects.
It should be noted that if the user has Fuuton [ Wind ] elemental chakra, they are able to free fly using this cloth.

Biransei Endan no Jutsu [ Poisonous Smoke Bomb Technique ]

A different, far more lethal, variety of smoke pellet.
These smoke pellets release a thick purple cloud that causes various bodily effects if one is to inhale it for long consecutive periods.

• 1 Post :: Agitated eyes.
• 3 Posts :: Exhausted feeling.
• 5 Posts :: Unconscious.
• 7 Posts :: Death.

Funkei no Jutsu [ Decapitation Technique ]

The user will begin by blurring his current position in any way possible, be it by the use of his smoke pellets, or manipulation of the terrain. He will then follow up by tossing multiple smoke pellets at his opponent, in order to disorient them. After this, the user will seemingly disappear, abusing their physical potential to get behind their target. From this position, the user will draw his weapon, and attempt to deliver the final blow.

Zanzou no Jutsu [ Afterimage Technique ]

Just as the name would suggest, this technique causes the user to release a good amount of afterimages whenever a quick motion is performed.

Gisou no Waza [ Art of Camouflage ]

The user will begin by drawing a trio of smoke pellets from his person, and tossing them against the ground. As the smokescreen rises, the user performs a string of handsigns and allows his chakra to lie dormant. As the smokescreen dissipates, the user will have seemingly faded. His chakra signature, and his very being seemingly gone in a poof of smoke. For a short amount of time, the user is free to move in an active camouflage style of stealth.

Yogiri no Gufuu [ Tornado of the Night Fog ]

The user will release black smoke bombs to surround his position, blurring his starting point. He will then rotate wildly on a single foot, causing the black smokescreen to circle around him in a whirlwind pattern. While wrapped in the twisting smoke and wind, the user will attempt to ram a target, hitting them with their body and any weapons they may have protruding from them.
It should be noted that if the user has Fuuton [ Wind ] elemental chakra, this technique is [ Complex ] and the damage is increased a good amount.


Izumi Hanshoku Meimu [ Fountain Multiply Illusion ]

The user holds a single handsign, generating focus points all over his body. After doing so, the user is capable of emitting up to six projections of himself from these focus points at any given time. These images are capable of mimicking one non-offensive action from the user, such as dodging or jumping, making them appear to be much more physical than they are. It should also be noted that these images can phase through solid objects.

The user takes his weapon from its holster, holds it close to him, focuses his mind, and then performs a chain of long, yet linked slashes and stabs. In other words, this is a technique that causes the user to enter a free style combination mode, allowing him to execute perfectly connected attack after attack after attack. If an enemy somehow manages to consistently block the user's attacks, the match will typically then be determined by whoever runs out of stamina or makes the first mistake.

Mokuhi [ Keep Silent ]

The ninja has come to realize the fruits of his efforts. His training has finally paid off, and whether he realizes it or not, his footsteps no longer make noise, no matter what surface he walks on. However, running still makes a very, very light patter.

The Flurry Of Dancing Flames
Chakrams

Description:
The style takes use of two chakrams, usually, which are commonly colored red due to the nature of the style's name 'The Flurry Of Dancing Flames'. The style delves into the usage of these two chakrams involving light spinning motions and swift slicing swings of the chakrams. In fact, the style is most commonly seen using such motions along with some jumps and twisting flips to truly show the reason of it's name sake as dancing flames by creating blurs of red color, which are the chakrams. Masters of the style are said to entirely cloud their figure with the flashing colors of red while they are wielding their chakrams. Once in a while a user can even further their offensive power behind the style by also mixing in some of the chakra elemental affinities, as in lightning, wind, or more commonly fire. In total the style provides the user with such training and prowess with the chakrams that they are believed to even develop a connection between themselves and the chakrams, to truly create an extension of their body. The Flurry Of The Dancing Flames Style is a style where in the user becomes a master in both the body and the extension of the body through the use of the chakrams, making them a powerful force to be reckoned with.

Rules:
• Requires at the least two chakrams
• Each Chakram must contain the color red
• Users cannot be of large body frames



Fiery Strike

Simple
Running, no charging, at their opponent, the user will lash out twice with their chakrams. The first will be in an arc from the left side of the user's body, with the chakram in their left hand, at the opponent's chest. The second will be in an arc from the opposing side of the first but will hook upward for an uppercutting strike at the opponent's chin and face.

Flame Wheel Strike

The user will charge at their opponent and flip not once but twice. During the first flip the user will end the flip above their opponent's head and strike once with a chakram. Continuing into the second flip the user will end it behind their opponent to strike out for a second time with the chakram.

Flickering Flame Technique

The user will begin by loading up one of their chakrams with chakra. They will then proceed by throwing the chakram at a pace much faster then that of a normal shurikan or projectile thrown by a ninja. It would seem then that the speed was all the opponent would have to keep watch on, however, it is half way through it's path of trajectory where the chakram will suddenly flicker from where it was and close in on it's target to leave only a span of five feet between itself and it's target, thus increasing the deadly factor of the technique ten fold.

Burning Crater Strike

Using their great deal of strength, simply attained from training with the chakrams, the user will at once jump into the air and throw down their chakram(s) at their opponent. Upon landing the chakram has such a force as to create a small crater, meaning it does posses the ability to sever limbs as well as break bones if an added defense is already in play around those so unfortunate to be struck.

Flame Arc Strike

Using their adept skill at the usage of their chakrams the user will throw their chakrams at their opponent. During the course of the flight path of the chakrams they will arc rather wildly inward at their target in a way beyond most's to determine their exact flight path, making them difficult to dodge.

The Flurry Of Dancing Flames - Student

After having trained in depth with the chakrams the user is now capable of wielding the chakrams at a higher level of skill. Now, when thrown the chakrams are angled to such a point where they almost always richote back to the user. When wielded the user spins them at such a rate they're capable of cutting thin metal wire, rope, and skin rather easily. Knocking the chakrams from the user's hands becomes extremely difficult.

Igniting Slices

The user will first channel a good deal of chakra into their chakrams. At that point they will then lunge forward into a fury of strikes, five strikes specifically, that will use the chakra implemented in order to give them a burst of speed and maximize their friction against the air and the objects they come in contact with. This burst of speed will not only make the attack much quicker but also use this maximized friction to ignite the air and objects where ever they moved with a thin line of flame capable of leaving second degree burns from a single touch.

Multi-Chakram Summoning

The user will have first previously placed seals upon each of their two chakrams or upon their body. With in these seals they would have previously sealed any number of chakrams for their own use. One such way to take use of this is by throwing a single chakram at their opponent and activating the seal to release half a dozen more chakrams, all on the same path of trajectory as the original.
• Must have been previously set up before battle

Burning Rush Combo - Student

At this level the technique is rather mediocre, compared to the full version at least. The user will prepare by first compressing a good deal of chakra at their feet and with in their chakrams and arms. At that point the user will, in an instant, burst forward, practically body flickering, toward their opponent. During the charge they will flicker from left, right, and center while, unknown to the opponent, creating two clones. At once the two clones of the user, as well as the real, will appear in front of the opponent and at his left and right sides. All three will then release the compressed chakra in their arms and chakrams to speed up their strikes and maximize friction to create the same thin lines of flame as the igniting slices technique.
• Requires a clone technique

Flaming Comet Strike

Gathering a great deal of chakra in their legs, arms, and chakrams the user will launch themselves into the air. Next they will begin spinning forward into many flips at a very rapid rate. Finally coming out of these many flips the user will release their chakrams and the compressed chakra to throw them down upon their opponent. The compressed chakra and built up momentum will then come into play by speeding up the chakrams rate of travel to such a point of creating such a large amount of friction to ignite the chakrams, giving them the appearance of a comet(s) as it shoots toward the opponent. The flames are capable of delivering third degree burns upon contact.
• Can be used only three times per battle

'Twist, Leap, Strike' - Bouncing Flames Technique

The user will begin by first twisting out of the way of an opponent's attack, lashing at them as they do. They will then follow up by leaping over their opponent lashing out two more times with their chakrams from an airborne state. Lastly they will land and twist once more, leaping as they do, to strike out with such a force as to literally tear through rock and stone. The entire technique, however, is rather fast in performance and will appear to most as a simply blur of red motion surrounding a helpless opponent.

Burning Vortex Spin

Compressing chakra with in their arms, legs, and chakrams the user will being spinning wildly toward their opponent. Releasing the compressed chakra they will spin their chakrams, as well as themselves, they will maximize their friction to the point of creating a spinning vortex of flame around themselves. This will, of course, not harm the user due to their training with dealing with creating such friction. As they spin the vortex will grow rather large, up to twelve feet high and six feet in diameter around the user. This provides and optimum offense and defense for the user. The flames can leave third degree burns on those inflicted but, again, leave the user unharmed.
• Lasts a total of 2 Posts

Burning Rush Combo - Expert

At this level the technique has become completely whole and a deadly technique with in the user's arsenal. They will begin by first building up a great deal of compressed chakra with in their feet, arms, and chakrams. At once they will release the chakra in their legs to appear and re-appear in the blinks of an eye. This time their movement is not limited though to the distance in front of the opponent, as they will periodically appear behind, and to the left and right side of their opponent as well as in front of them. Unknown to the opponent they will simultaneously form four clones while charging. During the end of their charge the four clones will appear, in a flash, at all angles of the opponent and slash at them with expert skill in the style of 'The Flurry Of Dancing Flames'. The real user will then appear above the opponent, raining down their two chakrams upon the opponent from above at the same time as the clones' attacks. The result of the attack is said to leave entire craters in the earth.

After having trained in depth with the chakrams the user is now capable of wielding the chakrams at an expert level of skill. Now, when thrown the chakrams are angled to such a point where they always ricochet back to the user. When wielded the user spins them at such a rate they're capable of cutting through solid stone, sending sparks flickering into the air, and igniting in flame. Knocking the chakrams from the user's hands becomes impossible. Further more the user is now capable of implementing their chakra element along with the style, allowing them to do this with any one of the techniques in this style. Their movement becomes swift and unreadable, too, as they truly look like a flurry of dancing flames that blur when looked at.

• Makes Any Technique Complex When Igniting Chakrams In Powerful Flames

Fire Rain Technique

With the use of this technique the user utilizes a great deal of the skills they learned through out the mastery of this style. Launching themselves into the air they will begin by building up a great deal of chakra in their arms and chakrams. At once, they will throw down their chakrams toward the opponent. Each chakram will then begin by first activating the seals upon them, used for the 'Mutli-Chakram Summoning' technique. This will then release 98 more chakrams, totaling one hundred chakrams. The Chakrams then will release yet some more chakra to begin spinning fast enough to create enough friction to ignite in fire. Spinning down toward the earth and opponent, the chakrams will rain down coated in fire to devastate the land below.
• Can implement Chakra Element For S+ Complex Technique
• Can be used only twice per battle
• Causes strain on body as well as minor exhaustion

Tetsu no Ryu
The heart and steel of a true samurai

___Description:
Meaning "Iron Dragon," Tetsu no Ryu is an ancient form of swordsmanship closely tied with Feudal warplay.
Born from the Land of Iron are the feared samurai who live there; training countless days and nights to develop a form of swordplay that mirrored their own ferocity. This style has it roots deepened in tradition, discipline, and hard work. It is geared for war, not stealth, and its vast amount of straightforward attacks are self-evident of this. Many of its techniques shine during duels, though they can be applicable most anywhere. Those who practice Tetsu no Ryu are bound to follow the code of Bushido.
The virtues of a Bushi are: Rectitude (義, gi) ○ Courage (勇, yuu) ○ Benevolence (仁, jin) ○ Respect (礼, rei) ○ Honesty (誠, makoto) ○ Honor (誉, yo) ○ Loyalty (忠, chuu)

___Notes:
• Students of this style are honor bound to follow the tenets of Bushido ( listed above. )
• If a student of this style breaks the tenets of Bushido while actively utilizing this style, their attacks will lack conviction.
( Every attack hits as if it were one rank lower, and complex attacks consume [25] additional chakra. This does not count against your other styles/abilities. )

With a single unhindered and swift motion, a true samurai can unsheathe his weapon and strike at the exact same time. This can provide an elegant, yet effective way to catch your opponent off guard, or as a means to interrupt handsigns. Note that this ability only shows true effectiveness upon the drawing of a weapon from its sheathe. Losing some of its element of surprise after being used once and then resheathed. ( This attack's rank mimics whatever stage of Tetsu no Ryu you are in. For example, if you are in Stage 5, this technique is considered rank A. )

A Decade of Peace
Simple :: Rank E
A Decade of Peace is at its core a defensive technique, envisioned in the mind that a true master of the sword need not use his prowess to find peace. This technique allows the user to find, through concentration, the point of their enemy’s own attack, diverting it with a quick stab of their blade below their weapon or limbs, then utilizing the flat of the blade diverts the attack overhead, while their free palm presses against the opponents chest, shoving them away, before sheathing your own blade in the gap provided. This technique can be easily paired with a number of jutsu to escape battle, or as bait to enrage your opponent.

Ryūtsuisen [ Dragon Hammer Strike ]
Simple :: Rank E
The "Dragon Hammer" is a sword-drop technique delivered from above, targeting the crown of the head or the shoulder of the adversary. The key to the technique lays in the momentum gained from the user’s jump and the free-fall, which is applied to the sword to multiply the force of the sword-stroke.

Ryūtsuisen: Zan [ Dragon Hammer Strike: Tragedy ]

A brutal variation of the origin, Zan utilizes a sword impalement or plant, rather than a cross body strike. While this vastly increases the lethality of the move on a general basis it does allow for non-lethal takedowns without using the blunt end of the weapon, as a skilled practitioner can target a specific limb or location to assault.

Turning Swallow Cut
Complex :: Rank D
Utilizing chaka to stimulate the nervous system, this cut is reputedly so quick and precise that it can strike down a bird in mid-flight. It is a downward strike the flicked back up into an upward strike, both strong enough to effortlessly slice through even the hardest wood.

Chakra Scabbard
Complex :: Rank D
After mastering two techniques, Iaido and any one other, a student is capable of awakening the true signature of the Tetsu no Ryu. A Samurai's blade becomes rife with pure chakra that crackles and dances around the blade. A blade properly focused is quite capable of cutting through even the thickest steel.
• Active until battle ends or turned off.
• Increases to Rank C after learning [ Form Manipulation. ]
• Increases to Rank B after learning [ Two As One. ]
• Chakra cost DOES increase as rank increases.

Twin Dragon Strike
Simple :: Rank D
Utilizing Iaido, the student of Tetsu no Ryu then follows up with a strike from his scabbard, utilizing the whole of his weapon, instead of just a single piece. This technique is generally utilized to catch an opponent unaware if they dodge the first stroke of the bladed weapon.

Twin Dragon Strike: Lightning
Simple :: Rank D
This technique does not rely on the utilization of Iaido, as it first strikes with the scabbard of the weapon, using the shock effect of being attacked with an improvised weapon, or the opening that follows an opponent’s dodge to follow the initial strike up with the actual bladed weapon.

Form Manipulation

Truly skilled practitioners learn to shape the chakra around their weapon into different shapes. From a lance to a broadsword, anything is possible. However, while anything may be possible some forms will of course be difficult to maintain, requiring extra chakra expenditure. When swinging your weapon, you can create a crescent shaped chakra wave, five feet wide by one foot long, that can travel up to about 100ft before dissipating. A hit from it can be as strong or possibly even stronger than a normal blow. Unfortunately- it leaves your katana without a chakra scabbard and you must activate it again.

This overhead blow is designed to go THROUGH a person, horse, and armor, all in one blow, by utilizing one’s chakra to actively sharpen the blade of your weapon. However, this fine point chakra manipulation creates crevices in the blade of your weapon, effectively making it useless after the fact, as any parrying blow would cause the rigid workings of the blade to crack entirely.
• This technique breaks most normal weapons.
• This technique can be blocked by an equal level bukijutsu or broken by Kai.
• This technique can only ‘kill’ if the opponent is willing, otherwise it merely wounds/incapacitates if not blocked.

Two As One

You are actually able to make two blows at once. A normal sword blow and a chakra saber blow. This second blow is almost impossible to see coming, but can be blocked by a chakra force of the same rank as it disrupts the chakra scabbard’s free movement.

Kamikaze [ Divine Wind ]

By utilizing a Divine Scabbard as a base, the user prepares (2 posts) additional elemental chakra before performing a powerful stab. This combination of chakra and motion forces a powerful "beam" to be released from the sword. The immediate release of the beam causes a good amount of recoil to the user, often forcing them to a knee. The beam itself has impressive distance, often dispersed only out of sight, or when contact is made with an incredible chakra based defense. The impact of the beam is so devastating that it is often referred to simply as an "undeniable death sentence." Additionally, because the beam is formed of such specific combinations of chakra, it can easily pierce most anything, and prevents the usage of "escape" techniques (substitution and body flicker.)

• Consumes one [ Divine Scabbard. ]
• Can only be used once per battle.
• Requires two [2] posts of preparation. ( Can move, but cannot be interrupted. )
• User receives crippling recoil without additional training.

Serene Absorption
Attribute
After mastering and being victim to one's own Kamikaze recoil, the practitioner will begin to develop a method to prevent such return damage. Manipulating their stance and force impact, the user attempts to divert such force by pressing and moving chakra into the ground. This is a rather difficult task to accomplish as it is not simply the act of moving chakra from one part of the body to another, but completely pressing it out of the body without having destructive results. Because of this odd requirement, it is recommended that multiple sessions be completed before one is considered having "mastered" this method.
• Does not receive learning reductions.
• Must use Kamikaze at least three [3] times before beginning this training.
• Requires two separate sessions of ten [10] posts to learn. ( At least two day's break between sessions. )
• Almost completely reduces recoil of [ Kamikaze. ]

The Sobagai Deba Sentou is a close combat countering weapon / body style. Utilizing reaction time and handling. Using only a simple combat knife and precision, practitioners can swiftly counter weapon and body techniques from various framed opponents. This bukijutsu style is typically used as a secondary style, usually when the practitioner's main weapon is knocked away or destroyed; or their other attempts at combat prove fruitless.

During any freestyle form of vertical or horizontal slashes, the user will perform a simple pass, switching their knife from one hand to the other. Consecutive usage can result in a massive amount of confusion and inescapable slashing barrages.

Trick Technique: Kneecap Surprise

The user will begin by performing a simple combination of horizontal slashes, often ending in [ Change of Hands. ] At any point during this chain of cuts, the user will steady their movement, and rather than continue with their previous slashes, flip and toss the knife into the opponent's leg. Often stabbing into the kneecap, or busting it with a powerful hilt impact.

Trick Technique: Knife Punt
Simple :: Rank C
A very tricky yet powerful attack that can often end a fight on the spot. After dropping an enemy's defenses, often by parrying one of their attacks, the user will drop his knife. As the knife drops, the practitioner will time a kick in order to punt the knife upward- back into the opponent's exposed body. If truly successful, the knife will typically end up somewhere in the head of the enemy.

Given proper conditions, the user will angle their knife as to reflect sunlight into the enemy's eyes. Although it seems like a meager act that anyone could do, this training is solely for the purpose of precision- teaching the user how to tilt their blade in such a way as to reflect a focused amount of light.

Offensive Technique: Vital Poke

The user builds up chakra in a freehand, then surges it to the finger tips of the same hand, causing a very thin and short ranged aura to form. From here, the user will attempt to poke the target in the stomach, chest, upper arm, or upper leg. If connection is properly made, the opponent will feel as though they have just been internally stabbed. Although contact at the stomach or chest causes more damage, a solid stab to the arm or leg can cripple the opponent's usage of said limb.

Piercing Technique: What Defense?

While assaulting a blocking enemy, the user will attempt to outreach and grasp their arm. If successful, the user will then pull in the enemy's arm, while kicking outward with incredible force. Because of the contradiction of motions, this can easily break arms or disarm the target.

Disrupting Technique: Tingling Elbow
Complex :: Rank B
After breaking through an opponent's defense, typically via a parry, the user will deliver a powerful chakra-enhanced elbow strike to their head or sternum. As the elbow makes contact with the target, the built up chakra will be dispersed all at once- rushing to certain muscles to momentarily disrupt them. For a short amount of time, the opponent will then be unable to move their limbs, no matter what signals the brain gives to them.

The practitioner, already frequented by many techniques in the style, has finally realized that with a little bit of personal training, they are able to increase the precision and speed at which they lift and press their feet. This not only assists their ability to sneak up on people faster and quieter, but also helps when running from trackers.

As an enemy attempts to deliver a straight forward attack, typically a punch or lunge, the user will grab the enemy's arm, and twist. Then, making use of their superior footwork and agility, leap overhead while still holding the arm, sufficiently causing severe pain, broken bones, or popped sockets.

Disrupting Technique: Severe Acupuncture

The user forms a powerful chakra aura around a knife, causing it to become lost in a haze, no longer appearing as an object, merely a flaming sharp shape in the user's hand. From here, the user will attempt to deliver a powerful hilt slam to one of the target's limbs. If contact is made with an arm or leg, it will cause said limb to go limp. However, if contact is made with the head, it will send a powerful surge throughout the body that renders the target immobile for some time. (2 - 4 posts)

A quick technique in which the user draws their knife close to their wrist, then closes the distance with their target, and attempts to deliver two powerful blows to the enemy's sides. The user will perform horizontal chops inward on the enemy, the two blows together resulting in a good amount of external damage, in addition to stun.

The user channels chakra into their knife causing it blur out just as in [ Severe Acupuncture, ] before attempting to stab deep into the target's upper torso. As the knife digs into the enemy's chest, the chakra stored within it leaks throughout, tampering with pathways both physical and spiritual. So long as the knife remains in the enemy, all signals sent to the body are disrupted and sent to different places- a command to move the legs may result in a twitch of the nose, a request to clutch the fist could result in straight kick, and a jump could be the usage of an elemental technique, who knows? Even after the knife has been removed, the disruption still has some effect. ( 1 - 3 posts. )

Kohanagakure Style - Death By Stealth And Silence

Description: This Style is a very distinctive Style that was developed in Kohanagakure which was unique for working so well for Covert and Stealth Missions. The Hojinshi Style is a Style that uses Daggers for both swift and quick movements to move with ease so that won't be slowed down. This Style also have honed their skills to where they are able to counter attacks on them swiftly even in severe situations.


Stage One: D-Ranked

Description: The users of this Style are just now starting to begin their Training learning the Basics of how to use the Dagger with their Techniques as well as move swiftly and silently. This requires a good amount of control and focus. Regular Techniques are Genin Level and the Special Techniques are beginner Chuunin Level.
Abilities: none
Graduation Requirements:You are mostly Trained to move swiftly without being seen or heard able to move quick on your feet without a sound. Mostly Training in quiet areas as well as learning how to use a Dagger as if it is a extension of yourself.
Techniques:
○ Shikaku Kataki [ Assassins Revenge ]
Description: This is a basic Technique that all beginners use when fighting up close. The user will flip their Dagger having the Blade face them as they come in ducking down slashing horizontally across the opponents stomach then as their hand reach the other end of their stomach they will jab it in the end for the Dagger to pierce their skin.

○ Shikaku Naibun [ Assassins Secret ]
Description: This is another basic Technique where the user will come in and slash their Dagger upward across their opponent and because of their flexibility they will kick right after keeping on leg on the ground making a cyclone like rotation. Leaves them open for a split second because their leg must come all the way back around.

○ Bikou Tokkan [ Shadows Rush ]
Description: This is another basic Technique but is the most used one of them all where the user will slash their Dagger horizontally across the opponents chest starting from the left then slash to the right and do a back leg kick with their right leg to the opponents neck.

○ Suterusu Hiretsukan [ Stealth Sneak ]
Description: The most advanced of the Beginner level Techniques the user will move in quietly and take their Dagger slashing across the back of their opponent. You can also slash from the frontal position aiming mostly for the torso or the neck.


Stage Two: C-Ranked

Description: The pupil now has attained a great level of Stealth and focus increasing their Stealth overall being able to move silently without being seen to those of their level also increasing their Technqiues effectiveness. Regular Techniques are Chuunin Level and the Special Techniques are Beginner Jounin Level.

Techniques:
○ Akki Bachi [ Cretin's Curse ]
Description: This is a very aggressive attack that is mainly used in combat instead of during Stealth Missions. The user will come in quickly faking a punching then kneel down as they slash horizontally to the left then the right both aiming for the foes neck then come up doing a vertical slash across the opponent's right shoulder.

○ Akki Gikai [ Cretin's Parliament ]
Description: A Technique that moves in a quick and fluent motion as the user will slash Vertically over the opponent's right shoulder then as they are coming back up the user will flip the dagger as they slash horizontally across the opponent's neck or chest. Then finally the user will kick with he tback of their right leg on the side of the opponent's neck.

○ Tenrai Shioki [ Divine Punishment ]
Description: A technique that utilizes the legs where the user will do a double kick on the right and left side of the ribs then jump up doing a spin kick into the right ribs on last time most likely sending the opponent flying.

○ Ryuuki Narabi [ Rising Aliment ]
Description: A strong and powerful kicking combination that is used mainly for battle instead of Stealth. The user will jump in the air and doing a back leg spin kick across the side of the users temple and continue spinning as they come down kicking the opponent in his ankles knocking them into the air. The user will then kick one last time while the opponent is still in the air kicking him in the chest knocking him back


Stage Three: B-Ranked

Description: This stage shows how the pupil is growing gradually but has gained a great increase in Stealth which is why they are able to move around without being detected by those of their Level.
Abilities: none
Graduation Requirements: learned all previous stages
Techniques:
○ Suterusu Hokou [ Stealth Walk ]
Description: After Training to move quietly and quickly those of this Style have grown accustomed to moving silently their normal movements have become quiet making them almost hard to notice when they really move in action.

○ Kuikku Satsu [ Quick Kill ]
Description: Also after Training for such a long time with a Dagger those of this Style are able to kill those with much more Stealth so they won't risk being seen mostly aiming for fatal points to end it quickly.


Stage Four: A-Ranked

Description: This stage of the training becomes most serious since they will be learning traits that the Hojinshi Style is well known for. Regular Techniques are Jounin Level and the Special Techniques are Beginner Anbu Level

Techniques:
○ Kire Kamakiri [ Severing Mantis ]
Description: A swift quick Technique where the user will sprint and crouch while sprinting as they get behind their foe quickly and come up back up with a upward vertical slash across the opponents back then flip the Dagger around as the user does six multiple stabs into the foes back.

○ Bunri Inochi [ Detachment Of Life ]
Description: A Technique that can be used for both hostage situations or escape. The user will appeared behind the foe taking the foes right hand pulling it behind their back and placing the Dagger to the foes neck and can choose to kill the foe or not.

○ Teikiatsu Kakou Ashige [ Cyclone Drop Kick ]
Description: This Technique is mainly used in battle and is very deadly. The user will sprint towards their opponent and then slide tripping them causing them to fall forward after they have fallen the user will kick of the foes shoulders to get a high footing in the sky as they come back down from out of the sky spiraling like a Cyclone into the opponents back.


Stage Five: S-Ranked

Description: A state of Hojinshi Style that is not often reachable to those outside of Kohanagakure. The Mastery of these skill allows the previously known techniques to require slightly less Work. The Masters of the Hojinshi Style have been known to be those of ranks such as S-Rank, Village Leader, and Kage.

Graduation Requirements: all previous stages learned and rank is sannin or kage
Techniques:
○ Hyoumenka Inpan [ Breaking Seal ]
Description: The user will grab the user from the front and jump into the air then flip over the foes shoulder forcing the their feet into the foes back pulling their arms back as the foe lands on ground with no way to defend themselves from the collision.

○ Enjin Rasen Kakou [ Ring Spiral Drop ]
Description: The user will sprint towards their opponent and kneel down as they launch a powerful kick to the foes chin launching them into the air. Then the user will grab the foe in midair as leaning forward as both the user and the foe roll in midair right before they both reach the ground the user will loosen their grip pulling out the Dagger. As they land on the ground the user will be on top of the foe and slash horizontally him across the chest or neck.

○ Kaze Inpan Tokkan [ Wind Sealing Rush ]
Description: The user will sprint in and kneel down coming up with a upward vertical slash that will launch the opponent into the air then will spin coming around with a side kick to the opponents ribs while in mid kick the user will spin the Dagger around and come down with a downward vertical stab to end the combination.

Akira Style

Description: The Akira Style is elegant, made for faster fighters than it is for strength. Based upon dance like combos that increase speed while using blade like fans, the Akira style is light and requires a deep focus to fully master. Balanced steps and sharp reflexes are a must. Users of this style are abnormally well balanced, and rarely can be knocked down. Their movement is light, but quick flowing.

Rules:
• Akira techniques are performed in stages, as thus, only certain moves can be done in each stage
• After learning a Stance, the user learns all techniques in that set that are tagged as 'The [Number] Akira'
EXCEPT FOR 'The [Number] Akira: Complete'
• Users cannot be of large body frames


Stage One: D-Ranked

Description: Akira- Speed: The most basic of all stances, movements are simple and often revolve around solid foot movements with watery arm gestures. The user begins with both legs together and their arms to their side…
Abilities: none
Graduation Requirements: Requires 10 Posts Of Training / Meditation In This Stance
Techniques:
○ The First Akira: Blade
Description: The user’s hands come up to elbow height and are then extended outward until straight. Fan(s) are then flicked open, and the user cuts quickly with a backhanding motion.

○ The First Akira: Motion
Description: The user presses their weight to a leg, leans forward, and sweeps with the opposite, knocking most off balance

○ The First Akira: React
Description: With fans open, the user crosses their arms across their chest, forming an ‘X’ slash. With a simplistic motion, the user returns to the Stance One position

○ The First Akira: Complete
Description: The user raises both arms till they are straight, then flicks both wrists, causing the fans to open wide in a back slashing motion- meanwhile, the left foot is shifted forward. The user will then lean forward, arms curling to their back, and perform a sweep kick with the right. If successful, the user will finish by slicing their target in an ‘X’ formation by swinging both fans forward, and finally return to the Stance One position

○ Grace
Description: The user tightens their leg muscles, but still retains their swiftness. For a short while, the user cannot be knocked off balance by D or C ranked techniques

Stage Two: D-Ranked

Description: Akira- Balance: The user has a rough understanding of how to retain balance in most positions, but is still clumsy in awkward positions. The movements of this stance are based around sturdy yet soft footing with fan utilization. The user begins with hands at torso level and knees are slightly bent

Graduation Requirements: Requires 10 Posts Of Training / Meditation In This Stance.
Techniques:
○ The Second Akira: Snap
Description: The user sends one of their feet forward, causing them to assume a near ducking position, it is a simple maneuver to dodge

○ The Second Akira: Chop
Description: While in any form of ducking position, the user will slide their fans together from chest level, causing a pair of parallel horizontal slashes

○ The Second Akira: Fold
Description: While the fans are atop one another (horizontal or vertical), and at torso level, the user will emit a very light blast of chakra by clapping both fans shut. This burst of chakra is elementless, and capable of pushing most shinobi a yard away, it can also deflect D ranked projectile ninjutsu

○ The Second Akira: Complete
Description: From any ducking position, the user slides their fans together from chest level, once horizontal, and once more vertically. After the hit is confirmed, the user will snap both fans shut, letting loose a burst of null element chakra that deals moderate damage and pushes the target back roughly two yards. During the time the target is sent away, the user will either spin around once rising and assuming the Stance One position, or continue into a combination

○ Enhanced Step
Description: The user channels chakra through their feet to perform a quick strike or dodge
• Can only be used 3 times per battle

○ Chakra Slash
Description: The user channels chakra through their hands into their fans before striking, or to send a wave style slash towards their opponent
• Max range of 10 meters

○ Elemental Burst
Description: The user channels their elemental chakra into their fan to send a gale of wind with a simple back waving motion. The wind shares the element of your choosing, which could result in a searing wind, if fire, or say a chilling wind, if water
• Max range of 15 meters

○ Wall Shadow
Description: The user presses chakra into their feet in order to attach to a wall or ceiling. The user then holds up a single fan, if eye contact if made with either fan, the opponent believes the user leaps into the sky and vanishes

Stage Three: C-Ranked

Description: Akira- Elegance: The user is now accustomed to strange positions, and is able to retain strength and grace even within the most pressing of situations. Quick and sturdy movements can be performed even when ducking or bent backwards. The user begins from a bent back position or almost fully ducking position…

Graduation Requirements: Requires 15 Posts Of Training / Meditation In This State
Techniques:
○ The Third Akira: Flip
Description: From either a ducking position or bent back position, the user will slide back on their hands, performing a hand stand. From this position they lift one of their arms, and quickly extend the opposite leg, equaling the weight. If the opponent is close enough they will likely be kicked by the extending of the leg, or will be within slashing reach of the free hand and fan

○ The Third Akira: Slip
Description: The user will bend their arms while standing on them (or one) and slowly slide to a held position on their forearm(s). From here, they will bend in their legs, and slip under or around an opponent. While sliding on the ground (on either back or stomach) the user can very easily slash with their fans

○ The Third Akira: Rise
Description: By recovering from a sliding or downed position, the user will lift themselves with either leg and use the momentum to force forward or backward. With the boost of movement, they will then beautifully spin, bringing both arms in full circular slashing motion. (Can be performed with fans open or closed)

○ The Third Akira: Complete
Description: From a bent back, or almost completely ducking position, the user with lift themselves with either arm, quickly bringing up their opposite leg in an attempt to kick anyone in the immediate area. From this single hand stand position, the user will bend till their elbow makes contact with the ground, whence this has happened they will curl their legs into their stomach and press off with a mighty oomph- causing them to slide on the ground to their target. When the desired distance has been reached, the user will lift up with either leg and use the momentum built up by the slide to spin around, arms balleting in a circular fashion

○ Elegance
Description: The user expands a blanket of chakra in a 2 yard radius, allowing them to ‘sense’ when they are going to be hit by Taijutsu and allows them to react accordingly. It is only because of their reflexes that this technique is so effective, giving the user the ability to bend or step to evade

○ Projected Wall Flower
Description: In order to begin, the user must catch the eye of their opponent with sight or fan connection. The user seems to flicker from their position, while in reality is nothing more than an illusion. As the Genjutsu begins to fade, a vine of chakra will wrap around the opponent’s legs, rooting them in place.
This technique needs three posts to fully form. The first, the sight connection. The second, the illusionary flickering from place to place. And thirdly, the fading of the Genjutsu and the wrapping of the root. If during any step the opponent is dealt physical damage, the Genjutsu fades

○ Twirling Deception
Description: When attacked by a close range Taijutsu, the user will spinning sidestep the attack, bringing up one hand with a burst of wind to inflict cuts along their torso


Stage Four: B-Ranked

Description: Akira- Coordination: Having understood Elegance, Speed, and Balance, the user now learns how to use the fans as if an extension of their own two hands. They can now perform a wealth of weapon attacks without requiring a hard grip upon their fans. It is also likely by this point that the user is completely aware of their fans, and no longer have to carry the troubled thoughts of self-harm…

Techniques:
○ The Fourth Akira: Twirl
Description: The user will motion their fan, open, upon a single finger, spinning it like a pin wheel. The bladed fan will likely be able to slice through flesh as if a rotary saw

○ The Fourth Akira: Exchange
Description: While spinning both fans at once, the user will flip them up into the air and catch them with the index fingers on the opposite hands, continuing the spinning motion. Though this seems trivial, it becomes apparent why the technique was developed later on

○ The Fourth Akira: Point
Description: The user extends both arms, forward, and flips both fans together using their wrists- the two appearing as one. Again, using only their wrists, the user will flip both fans upward, and throw one high overhead. They will then spin around, to catch the falling fan. During this spin, the user is both nimble and deadly, as they have full usage of the hand still bearing a fan

○ The Fourth Akira: Complete
Description: While spinning their fans atop their fingers, the user will quickly exchange the fans to opposite hands…after catching each fan, the user will flip both fans upward, making it appear as though there is only one fan. They will then proceed by flipping the fan upward, as a distraction, spin backward or forward (depending on how the fan is thrown) and catch the falling fan with their open hand. During this nimble step, the user has complete control over a likely distracted target, allowing them to slice with the hand still holding a fan

○ Return
Description: The user will attach a light line of chakra to the handle of their fan before throwing them at an opponent, causing them to retract on the user’s whim. This technique can also be applied to the fans if they have been knocked out of the users hands
• Max range 10 yards

○ Carousel of Death
Description: The user spins both open fans amongst a single arm, after increasing their stamina and stability via chakra infusion, creating a full spread pinwheel of blades- Due to the speed they are spun, it seems more like the user’s arm is simply enveloped in rotating saws.
• Able to cut through un-tempered steel

○ Kiss of Death
Description: The user channels chakra into the tips of the blades of their fans, causing each point to glow a deep purple color. Though this effect does not last long, the rewards are immense…If the opponent is cut by these glowing edges, they will be inflicted with a viral poison that will slowly begin to eat away at their body. If it is not cleansed within 3 posts, the user will grow faint- if it is not cleansed within 6 posts, the user will faint- and finally, if the poison is not cleansed within 10 posts, the user will die a slow painful death

• Can only be used twice per battle

○ Spin Burst
Description: The user will quickly twist their hand with an open hand, creating a flash razor circle that can cut through most organic materials, aside tempered steel and crystal

○ Spin Burst: Mk.ll
Description: A redesigned version of the technique ‘Spin Burst’. The user will spin their hand in a fast motion, creating a ring of razor sharp chakra. This ring of chakra cannot cut through steel, earth, or crystal, but it has the unique ability to slice through all Kekkei Genkai created materials

Stage Five: B-Ranked

Description: Akira- Focus: After coming to a complete understanding of the previous methods, the user is now at the point of learning the most important lesson- Focus… Through vast meditation, the user begins to discover how to control their powers with precession, and power, without seeming lethal. Techniques:
○ The Fifth Akira: Crescent
Description: The user shifts one foot to cross the other, bending it as they step. During this simple movement, they will also raise one arm, fan open, in a swinging motion, meanwhile, the opposite arm is performing an exact mirrored action…If in a condensed area, both fans should come very close to hitting either the ceiling or floor, but never actually make contact

○ The Fifth Akira: Full Moon
Description: From a dipping and spinning position, the user will shift forward, twisting around while weaving both arms through the air, both fans open. Each fan should come very close to hitting either the ceiling or floor but never actually make contact

○ The Fifth Akira: Shifting Moon
Description: With a twisting, rotating, step, the user will flip both fans overhead, coming to a full rotation, they will then catch both fans by the flat tips of the blades. This is a simple evading step technique that can also dazzle the opponent

○ The Fifth Akira: Darting Moon
Requirements: Requires three additional posts to learn
Description: The user will take their open fans by the flat tip of the blade and fling them like a disc at an incredible speed. Because of the beautiful speed, the fans become more like rotating saw blades than anything else, able to cut through most organic materials, aside tempered metal and crystal. But, their power and speed is not their only benefit…because of the way these fans are tossed, they will return to the user even if they make full impact on the initial toss, operating more like a boomerang than anything else. However, if the user is not very well taught in this technique, it can result in their own hand removal…

○ The Fifth Akira: Complete
Description: The user begins by shifting one foot over the other, kneeling as they move forward bringing one open fan overhead, and the other in a lower swinging motion, mimicking the overhead. After the swing has come to a finish, they will perform a mirrored technique, on the opposite foot. With one arm and fan still high, the user will then throw that fan up, catching it as it comes back on its bladed edge. To finish, the user will fling the fan at incredible speeds, causing it to appear as if a solid razor ring- Because of the spin on the fan, the thing will return to the thrower even if it makes impact on the initial throw

○ Concentration
Description: Any technique performed in ‘Stance Five: Akira- Focus’ has its damage increased by one rank (C ► B, B ► A) for a short amount of time
• Lasts six posts

○ Peace
Requirements: Cannot move for two posts
Description: The user remains perfectly still for a short amount of time and regenerates enough chakra to perform two additional B ranked techniques


Stage Six: A-Ranked

Description: Akira- Finale: Having come to full knowledge and understanding of the previous stances, the user has managed to gather the grace and beauty required to at long last flourish as a user of the Akira Arts…The user will begin by training their leg muscles under extreme pressure, followed by their arms, and finally the torso…

Techniques:
○ The Sixth Akira: Rebound
Description: After bouncing and catching their fan off of any surface, the user will quickly line the blades of the fan with a hefty amount of chakra, causing them to glow an eerie black. The user then proceeds by immediately tossing the fan again- due to the speed, and chakra, the fan is more like a razor wind wheel than anything else, capable of cutting through materials like tempered steel (but not crystal)

○ The Sixth Akira: Duster
Description: After bouncing and catching their fan off of any surface, the user will perform three hasty spins, bending their leg straight up on the second spin. During these spins the user has complete motional control over their body (unless hindered) allowing them to move at normal speeds regardless of the terrain. Whence the third spin has come to a halt, the user will bend forward, slashing in a heavy downward motion capable of tearing massive sections of flesh clean off. Should the blades be entrusted by poisoning techniques, the effects would not only be applied, but also amplified…
• Reduces the time required for ‘Kiss of Death’ stages to take effect by 1 each

○ The Sixth Akira: True Beauty
Description: This technique seems to have no effect on its own…The user simply readjusts their position, legs straight forward, arms to their sides, and fans closed…

○ The Sixth Akira: Complete
Description: After bouncing and catching their fan off of any surface, the user will quickly line their fan with chakra, causing them to shine with a black aura. The user will follow by tossing the fan at incredible speeds capable of cutting through solid tempered steel. After catching the fan whence it has boomeranged from the initial toss, the user will spin anywhere from two to ten times, allowing perfect movement on any surface. The user attempts to close the distance using these spins, and when they have come to the desired position, spring out their hands- fans open. The horizontal slashing motion that is caused by the combination of spinning and erect arms results in incredible flesh rending power- additionally, should the blades of the fan be poisoned, the afflicted will feel their effects slightly sooner. Upon completing this slashing gesture, the user will tap their foot on the ground, echoing a hollow sound as a thin aura of chakra spins around them. The user will reset their footing to a simple sturdy stance, and place their hands to their sides, fans closed…The aura that was moments ago present will be absorbed by the user, resulting in a great boost of ability…
If at any point the attack is interrupted, all effects are removed, and require replacing
• Reduces the time required for ‘Kiss of Death’ stages to take effect by 1 each
• Strength of all techniques increased by 1 rank (C ► B, B ► A, A ► A)

Kyoukan Ya happens to be one of the few existing arrow techniques utilized by the shinobi world, as it makes use of tricks and variability in its arts, meant to take down its foes from a distance. Most practitioners of the Assassin's Arrow tend to be killers from the shadows.

Description: The user utilizes their chakra to make their arrow turn once in the air gradually. This effect is immediate, and the arc will be noticed quite quickly.

Sidewinder

Description: A technique to defeat walls in the user's way, where they apply chakra to coerce a more fierce arc in the arrow to move around the side of the wall. While it isn't a guaranteed hit, it'll shock 'em out of cover!

Heaven's Spear
Rank: D : : Complex
Description: A technique which requires some time to work up in power, the user fires their arrow directly up into the sky. While this makes the user seem egotistical, they've imbued the arrow with a flexible chakra, which allows it to pick up an electrical charge as it rises and falls back to the earth. If the attack should work, the enemy will find themselves moving rather sluggish from the electrical discharge.
• Two posts of reduced mobility.
• Requires an additional post for the arrow to fall.

Description: The user draws their bow in all its simplicity and fires from a predetermined location and draws back the bow to a variety of locations, allowing one to strike the enemy nearer than one normally might. While weaker in power, it allows one to buy more time, as the enemy will believe the user is in a different location.

Trip Wire
Rank: C : : Simple
Description: Attaching a line to the user's arrow, they send their arrow flying into one location, and attach the other side of the line to a nearby anchor of some sort. The user may apply chakra to add additional effects such as shallow cuts, numbness or minor burns.
• Can be performed complex.
• Learned as if complex.

Rocket Bolt
Rank: C : : Complex
Description: The user applies their chakra to their arrow, and when it's sent off through the air, the chakra is used to provide extra thrust, because of this, there's little flexibility in its flight, but it's speed is doubled.

Cluster Training

Description: At this point in time, the user will practice firing multiple arrows at one time from their bow.
• Receives no reductions.

Bomb Arrow
Rank: C : : Training
Description: The user goes through a process prior to battle to create detonating arrows, by attaching an exploding note to the arrow carefully and camouflaging it to appear as a normal shaft yet. The enemy is in for a surprise when the user chooses to detonate the seemingly normal arrows for an explosion.

Description: Applying chakra in a way to match the enemy's base chakra signatures, the seeker arrows are far more flexible in their movement, tracking the enemy much like a homing arrow. Depending on the arrow type, the enemy is in for quite a blitz.

Description: Utilizing two arrows, the user applies their chakra to the both of them, to have them arc in two different directions, attacking the enemy from two sides.

Restraint Shot
Rank: B : : Complex
Description: Drawing five arrows on one's bow, the user connects them in a seemingly simple way, so that they might appear loosely connected. Little does the enemy know, the truth is the arrows are connected in a more complicated way than they could have guessed, forming a net made of chakra to pin the enemy against a surface.
• Elemental chakra of all kinds may be applied for additional effects.

Venom Sting
Rank: B : : Training
Description: The user learns of the ways to create a poisonous arrow unique to the possessors of the Kyoukan Ya arts, which as it spreads will begin to slow the body's reactions, followed by delirium and finally unconsciousness. Not meant to kill, but rather provide an opening to it, it's easily countered by eisejutsu.
• Requires three posts for each stage of the poison to activate.
• Learned as if complex.

Description: Building upon the basics of earlier techniques, the user remains seemingly casual. The user appears unable to fire their bow, not in hand, or at the ready. Not even an arrow in their hand. With blinding speed, the user proves they aren't as unable to fire as they seem, with an arrow launched in the surprise, it's hard to avoid!

Bore Bolt
Rank: A : : Simple
Description: The user learns to fire off an arrow with a surprising skill. The rotation of the arrow is increased, providing for extra piercing capabilities, able to pierce through stone with ease. With a certain chakra type, the user is capable of sending the arrow off with enough force to create a localized area of impact, symbolized in stone with a small "crater" an inch across.
• Learned as if complex.
• Requires fuuton chakra for complexity.

Cripple
Rank: A : : Complex
Description: The user applies chakra in a unique manner, as they fire the arrow. Sacrificing its usual piercing capabilities, the chakra will form a blunt head of sorts. As a result the arrow will make contact, but it will not pierce the flesh. Rather, the arrow itself will be crushed against the chakra, and the force will be transferred into the hit location, as if the enemy has been struck by hammer, leaving bruising at the least, and possible breakage at the most.

Sun Spot
Rank: A : : Complex
Description: The user harnesses their chakra into one localized spot, on the tip of their index finger, and when they fire their arrow, the chakra is released in a blinding burst to provide cover for the arrow, while it soars to strike the enemy.

Death Murmur
Rank: A : : Complex
Description: The user applies their chakra to the arrow they are firing, yet it appears as if the chakra isn't doing anything. Upon impact into the enemy, the user forms a ninja seal, and the chakra becomes active, creating barbs to keep the arrow head embedded into the enemy.
• Only three murmur arrows may be activated at any time.
• Barbs remain active for four posts.

Slip Stream
Rank: S : : Simple
Description: The user draws two arrows, but only knocks one to fire off. The second of which is knocked and fired nearly immediately after the first. While not drawn with as much power, the absence of air provided by the first arrow allows for surprising acceleration in the second, creating a "one-two" shot, in a localized area. With true precision, the second will smash the first into the target, embedding the head and hindering use of the limb.

Shatter Shot
Rank: S : : Training
Description: A third type of arrow the user is taught in the Kyoukan Ya skills. The user is taught the method to inserting what is similar to an exploding note into the core of the arrow's shaft, and how to cut it to fly true yet. Beneath its head are narrow openings to the note, which will use the blood of the enemy to extinguish its detonating capabilities, if it has hit true. If not, the arrow will explode into shards, hitting the enemy with wooden shrapnel.
• Learned as if complex.
• Requires 30 chakra to activate the "fuse" of each arrow.

Nature Siphon
Rank: S : : Complex
Description: A technique which allows the user to create elemental arrows of sorts, depending on their chakra natures. What makes this technique most useful is the fact that it may take even advanced chakra natures, for additional effects.
• Requires 25 chakra per arrow for simple elements.
• Requires 40 chakra per arrow for advanced elements (hyouton, mokuton, etc.).

Essence Siphon
Rank: S : : Complex
Description: The user makes use of pre-stored materials, allowing for quick arrow creation mid-battle. Applying their chakra to the material, it becomes aggravated and applies its attributes to the arrow, making it appear a flawless and unmodified arrow. At this point, the user may make use of pre-mixed Kyoukan Ya poison, or even explosive notes to create arrows of varying effects.
• The user may apply two materials to an arrow through this method.
• Requires 20 chakra per material for an arrow.
