If you get every single haunting possible in your room, it's possible to find Walter in there as well!

ummmm....actually that one is kinda true. near the end of the game, Walter's picture will show up and say, "I'm watching you."

you can unlock the full metal alchemist costume for Michael Kauffman if you can kill over 600 enemies in the game

Silent Hill 4: Start game with 25 of each healing item, 400 bullets, 145 revolver rounds, and all the weapons in your storage box if you beat Silent Hill 4 10 times, each time playing for 5 hours or less.

SH3: You can unlock a giant salami as a weapon if you press OOOOOXXXXX Triangle (24xs) and Square (11xs) during your 5th time playing

SH0: you can unlock the full metal alchemist costume for Michael Kauffman if you can kill over 600 enemies in the game I wondered why I could never get that to appear... SH Origins; If you manage to get to the final boss without killing a single monster (except bosses) you will obtain an unlimited shotgun for the boss and future playthroughs

SH2: Laura has an alternate costume. All you have to do is obtain the dog ending 4 times and the UFO ending 10 times

beat all the games on the PS2 over 100 times and you'll receive a notice on your memory card that you need to get out and go get some air.
