Alistair was still in awe as he walked down the hallway to his dorm room. This school had to be one of the biggest he'd ever seen. It was almost like Hogwarts, only less...magical and less castle like. Well, actually it was almost nothing like Hogwarts but he felt the need to compare it to something. Alistair put the key into the lock and walked into his room. It wasn't gigantic, but that was to be expected with dorm rooms. As he looked around he noticed signs of life, so he supposed his roomate was already here. Alistair threw his bags into a random corner of the room. He figured he could always get settled in later. Right now he wanted something to do. He walked out of the dorm room and struck off in a random direction, wondering where is legs would lead him.

Apparently Alistair's stomach was doing the leading, because he ended up in the cafeteria. He shrugged and decided to get some food. He came out of the line with some juice and a banana. It was still early, so he didn't want too much. Then he noticed a girl standing eating an apple. Alistair had yet to talk to anyone so he went over to her. "Hey there! I see you like apples. I do too, but I prefer bananas. Bananas are good, they're a good source of potassium." he said.

Caleb smiled and took Rebecca's hand. He lifted it up to his lips and gently brushed them against the back of her hand. Her skin was smooth and soft, it was warm as well against his lips.

"Pleasure to meet you, my name is Caleb. Caleb Danvers." He smiled again and lowered her hand.

Alright, stage one...complete. You got past your introductions! Congrats! Caleb was pleased with himeslf, he managed to NOT mess up for once. The girl was pretty cute, the blush on her cheeks only added to her good looks. Would he be able to keep speaking to her in coherent sentences?

"I didn't meant to startle you there Rebecca. Just wanted to introduce myself to you before other guys started hitting on you. You know, a guy will say ANYTHING to get a girl." Caleb knew he was only digging himself into a big hole but he knew what he was doing. He liked to be truthful to girls, none of that going behind their backs stuff, it was foolish and stupid, not to mention rude. "Girls should be treated right." That was his motto....as well as "Never miss a chance to sleep"

"Bill and Ted eh? Sounds good to me, mind if I join you?" He asked smiling.

Serrenedy entered the room, took one look and the bags, and cursed. Roomate, 'be positve' She thought to herself 'Maybe we have alternateing sceduals...or something' She sighed,, dumping her bag and starting to lay her stuff out. A loud growl infiltrated her ears. "Fine" She murmered, and grabbed her purse before heading to the 'caff'. She got on the short live for potato chips, a green apple, a knife, syrup, and a soda. She saw a gil walking backwards and a boy talking to her, they looked lie the gosipy sort of kids. She ambled over "Oi, who's in doom three?"

As Alistair listened to the girl's explanation of her odd way of walking, he realized that what she was saying made perfect sense. He decided to tell her that. "No, I don't mind you walking backwards. Actually, it makes perfect sense. You can't really see people's faces very well if you're walking next to them."

Alistair heard a voice that sounded female coming from nearby. It was asking for information about the inhabitant of dorm number three. Alistair turned to see the person from whom the voice was coming and was met by pinkish-blonde hair, a nose piercing, and a bad attitude. I have absolutely no idea who lives in dormitory three. I know I don't. Isn't that wonderful?" he smiled. Actually the girl kind of scared him. He would not like to get on her bad side. Well, that is if she had a good side, which he wasn't so sure of at the moment. Then Alistair heard the girl he was previously talking to mention that she was in dorm three. Well, it looks like this person is in dorm three. Isn't that great? She looks like a good roomate." This was directed at the newcomer, and Alistair kept smiling as he said it.

Kayce took the girls hand. "Nice to meet you Serrenedy. I'm Kayce. And I am a good roomate." Playfully she hit Alistair. She turned her attention back to Serrenedy. "Do you want to come sit with us? We were just talking about walking backwards." Once again she turned her attention to Alistair. "And that is why I love walking backwards. Because it makes so much sense."

Serrenedy looked confused for a moment, the quickly registered his body lauguge and cursed again She glared at him "STOP BEING SCARED!!!" She demanded, before turning back to her roomate "Pink hair is friendly right?"

Kayce was kind of startled when Serrenedy yelled at Alistair. But soon her smile was back and she giggled at Alistair. "Alistar...be nice." She giggled again. "Pink isn't my favorite color but I guess its friendly." She shrugged. The girl looked friendly enough to Kayce.

Alistair stumbled backwards and almost fell when he was rammed by Serrenedy. He scowled at her and rubbed his shoulder, but he was mostly just glad that he wasn't on the floor. It would have been embarrassing to be knocked down by a girl, albeit a fierce looking one. He decided to try a different tactic.

Alistair sat down across from Serrenedy. He rested his head on his hand and said, "Don't be offended. I think pink is a very pretty color. It's the color of cotton candy and doesn't make me think of diluted blood at all. Really. It doesn't."Although as soon as he said it, he realized that it did actually make him think of diluted blood.
