I love them all, but I like Florina best. Since you get her in the very beginning of the game she's usually level 20 in my save files by the end of Lyn's quest. That has a lot to do with my obsession with leveling my characters up as much as humanly possible in Lyn's quest. I do like Fiora and Farina too, but I don't like forking up the 20k for her and Fiora is too weak when you get her in my opinion.

Florina may be useful because you get her earlier, but Farina tops them all. Her growth rate is ridiculously fast, I use her in the final battle instead of the other two even though they may have higher levels.
I really don't like Fiora that much sweatdrop

I don't think I've ever gotten Farina to level twenty before, but in the same game I've gotten Florina and Fiora to level twenty upgraded and I learned that Florina and Fiora have the same strength, are close on skill and speed, Florina has a luck skill 11 points higher, similar resistance and Fiora has 6 points better defense. Based on this data I think Florina is way better than Fiora.
Ismaire: I use Florina instead because by the time I get Farina Florina has been upgraded (since the chapter you get the elysian's whip) and is about level five by then. Lately I've been using all three of them at once and I agree that Farina's rapid growth rate is really nice, but since I don't like her as a character I use her less than Florina.

If it's your first playthrough, I would definitely go with Fiora. She's far more stable as a unit and grows to be well-rounded.
However, Florina can be really fun if you like challenging yourself~
I never use Farina, so... >3>
It's really the player's opinion.

Hmm i use more Florina
For me she is the best her skill are nice
she makes lots of criticals
and if u traing her good she can be strong

INSIDE OUTSIDE U.S.A. I love Florina to pieces, she's just too adorable! But she's made of paper mache :<, I really would love to see a favorite character get strong, but she's so hopelessly weak she'd die before leveling up! So I just keep her around and occasionally take her out when distance is called for.
My favorite to use is Fiora. I don't know why, really. I just like using her *shrug*. She always proves useful and hardy.

I like Farina the best. I got a bit lazy with leveling Florina and Fiora is okay, but I want the unit that will survive the best without me having to work too hard. I'm too busy replaying FE8 to do so.

Florina for me anyways. I always found she was better then the other two, I mean farina just dies the minute she tries anything....
