Kogi simply nodded. Rolling his eyes at her nickname for him. The Training grounds were a walled off area of the Soul Reaper area. With one for each squad. Kogi was sitting on a raised platform watching the sparring match es that were running. Several circles had been created out of mates and in each circle two Soul reapers fought with wooden blades, seeing as no one wanted too have an accidental death well training. " Go throught the warm up then find a partner and when a area is open start sparring" He said.

Kiki nodded, and stretched her arms over her head. With a short yawn she spun around once before dropping her arms. She quickly started her warm up, stretching then running a few drills. Once sure she was ready she waved a hand above her head and looked around "Who Wants to be my partner!" She called out in a sing song voice. No one answered and she waited very patiently. once sure that no one would answer she looked up at Ko. "Hey! KO! She waved her hand. "I challenge you!" She grinned foolishly and pointed towards him with her wooden replica of her Zanpaktou.

(( Byakuya makes a funny!!)) "...do you honestly want bruises?" He said. He really didn't want too fight Kiki because it wouldn't be any fair, sure he could limit himself but he wasn't very good at holding back.

Kiki laughed. "Come on Ko, It will be fun!" She gave him a pleading look, her big childlike eyes. "Please? How am I ever going to improve if I don't practice with some one better than me?" She had a point, though it was more than likely that she would break a bone or be sent tumbling head over heals with the first blow. She was not very strong, and the Captain was unimaginable skilled.

Kogi sighed. She was obviously not going too give up until she fought him. He stood and walked over too the rack of wooden swords. He took his time selecting the right weapon. He chose one with a thin and narrow but long blade He took right hand and stuck it throught his belt behind his back. "I'll fight you with my weaker left hand" He said and took the starting position in an arena.

"Fun." Kiki said and smiled. She took her place across from him and held her wooden sword in both hands. She swayed a little, ready to move at the sound of a pin drop. "Then to make this even I fight you with my weaker...never mind." She blushed and glanced down at the tip of her blade. "Ready?" She asked and looked back up at him. She was bouncing from toe to toe, ready and raring to start.

"Whenever you want too" He said simply. He took his stance leading with his left foot, thought it wasn't his preffered side he could fight left handed. Whenever he fought someone he hadn't before he'd play defense, then once he knew the person a bit he'd go offensive. And it was no different now, he may be over all more powerful but he treated everyone with the same level of caution.

"Ok, GO!" She laughed and ran at him, her sword raised, she spun around once and jumped to catch his right arm with her tip of her blade. She was fast, even compared to the Captain she was fast, unfortunately she lack of strength meant that the blows she dealt with the wooden sword would not even leave a bruise on some one as strong as Ko. But she laughed anyway, it was fun to spare with some one she knew would be watching out for her if they ever did get into a real fight.

Kogi sidestepped the attack easily. letting her go past him. He turned and faced her again. It'd take a few attacks for him too get a feel of her attack style and movements.

Kiki landed lightly on her feet and smirked She was having fun. "Nice one Ko." She complemented him, and Leaped into motion again. This time, she jumped towards his left side, curling into a ball and tumbling in the air, landing right beside him. As she landed she brought her blade down on his current location. It was one of her ticks to enhance the strength of her blows; she put all of her weight and momentum into it, and if it had been a real sword it might have cut right though him. She grasped the yard wrapped handle with both hands tightly, and slashed downward.

Kogi raised his sword and blocked the attack using only his weaker left hand. "If you had attacked my right hand you would have forced me too dodge, and if I had been an opponent who knew nothing about you You would have just told me one thing...I can overpwer you with ease" He said and pushed her back, barely tapping into his full strength.

Kiki yelped when she was tossed backwards. She landed on her feet, but a little bit uneasy. "Sorry." She apologized. After a spit second to regain her balance, she ran at him again. This time at his right side. once very close to him, she turned on her left foot, and used her momentum from the turn to ram her blade into his side, as she turned into him. She was now just trying to land a blow, that would be enough to make her happy. She had no intention of winning this fight.

Kogi brought his armo over his shoulders and tilted the blade down and blocked her attack. He spun lifting his arm off his shoulders and tilting his balde upwards, bringing her sword with it. He twisted his arm abit the brought his sword down pinning hers too the ground with his ontop. He spun away from her and got ready for another attack.

Kiki giggled, she held her blade in her right hand only now, and leaned it over her shoulder. "That was awesome!" She exclaimed and picked her sword up off of her shoulder to hold in both hands again. This time she ran at him, she kept going, encircling him once and taking a swipe at his ankles before leaping onto his back. She held tight, and wrapped her legs around his waist, she held her wooden sword at his neck a hand clasp around each end. "Ko, you're tall" She stated whispering into his ear.

"Swordmen's whirlwind" He said. This was the name of one of his sword based attacks. He began lifted his sword out too the side an began spinning around rapidally. He could keep this up for several minutes, the question was how long could Kiki could hold on too him.
Agony was getting bored of watching the people run around. He stood and walked throught the air above the people, bored. You could now see the sword that hung too his back by a strip of thick cloth. He was bored and needed something too do.
