I hate you
Nobody had ever said anything like that to Galleai before, but she supposed it made sense in the same weird twisted way that the rest of the dream felt. She wondered idly if she didn't even really deserve it, seeing as how she had egged him on. But he wanted her gone and, to be honest, she couldn't get out of this dream fast enough. Her whole being felt hot and prickly and uncomfortable.
"Wake up." Was all she said. As soon as he woke up they could both be released from this madness.

There was no direct response or change for several moments, no indication he had heard her. Before she could make the command again, however, Merroth let out a little whine and kicked his foot against the ground. Then he shook his head violently and, squealing like a small, frightened animal, began to thrash about.
As he thrashed, the whole world seemed to suddenly turn over, shifting like a boat in a terrible storm. All sense of balance was corrupted, the floor seemed to slide away in eight different directions, the maelstrom of energy and strange clouds in the distance that surrounded them seemed to twist and writhe as if someone were warping it in a graphics program and smearing the image back and forth.
Then it was gone, it was just gone, both the dream and the dreamer.
