Whats the differences in the member states?

You mean between Captian, Crew and Member?

Captian is kinda like Admin. They decide who gets to be crew, they get to make the front page, they get to veiw the guild account. See who's been donating and such.

Crew is kinda like Mods. They can invite or ban members, and they can edit and delete posts/threads.

Members are... well, like every day members of Gaia. They can post here. ...That's about it. But we love you! heart sweatdrop

That relies 100% on Anu-chan's good judgement. There's no specific test or anything but from the looks of it there are no current vacancies. We have quite a few mods and that's probably why we need to determine possible punishments. 3nodding

Back in black n I must say its good to be back...and this is a great guild...And we all respect eachother, and I believe since the Word "GUILD" is a group...if one person acts horrible then that makes us all look bad. So if no one takes that into consideration then i believe there should be punishment...now I am not use to this member, crew, and captian thingy. I would say a demote is fair...I mean were not being that harsh by saying "goodbye get out of are guild" so that shows that be believe in forgivness...and the second chance theory...but after that...I really dont know how to deal with that...cuz it all differs on what they really did...but that is my opinion on the matter...glad to be back once again... 3nodding
