"I don't care. Please please please Nishan can we leave? I don't want to be gay." Bitty was practically in tears by this point, willing to do anything to get away from these two crazy lions. He would even have admitted to Chyou that he knew who had eaten her fish and her bird! Of course, he would have told her it was Xundao and run away, but that was still worth something right? Right?
"Oh you are so!" No pun intended. "I've never been jealous in my life." He huffed, and then turned his attention to Nishan. "Do you get jealous of your boyfirned?" It was time to get down to the point.

"Yeah, I think we should." Nishan had never agreed with Bitty so much in his life. "Okay, on three..." Oh! They were distracted. Forget the countdown! A nudge to the side was all the warning Nishan gave his brother before he bolted. Bolted so quickly the question was lost in the wind and the sound of his heartbeat in his ears. The pridelanders were insane!
"Please, you were glaring at him like--HEY!" So ran after, stopping after about five feet and calling out as loud as his lungs would allow him, "I'M NOT A GIRL!"
And the entire Pridelands would know it.

Bitty didn't even wait for three. He was gone the moment Nishan said "okay." He ran faster than he'd ever run in his life, which was pretty fast considered the last time he'd been running from Lakisa and she was scary. He would probably regret this fleeing once his breathing caught up him and he shed a few hard-earned pounds, but for now running was the best thing in his life.
… Damn. "They split up," Shwari announced proudly. "Look, they ran around different sides of that tree. I win."

So backtracked just in time to hear Shwari, and then he stared at him in disbelief. "You've gotta be kidding. They were running away from you. That doesn't count as spliting up. But I'll give you this one anyway." He was about two or three rocks ahead, why not?
He sat down beside him and pawed at his face. "Man, those two were gay."
Far ahead of them, when he felt it was safe, Nishan finally stopped, panting. Out of shape? Just a bit. But at least they'd gotten away. "Man, those two were gay."
