Wynni nodded agreement as she put her own walrus back. It seemed all walruses were created equally in the magic land of plush. She grinned at the other girl found a seal and found it to be super cuddly. "We'll keep that one in the cuddly pile then I'll find one and we'll compare them!"
It seemed like a good idea, "Then maybe we can exchange them and they'll be new-friend-gifts!" She said as she reached out and grasped a small pale blue unicorn plush and cuddled it and scrunched her nose and put it back and went for another one.
The next one she picked up was a squid plush and she cuddled it and found it to be quite cuddly indeed and thus she held it out to Ebby for inspection, "What ya think?"

"Hehe, it's kyooooooot. It has tentacoos. Just like Adhara and Adriel!" the girl giggled, poking at it. "I like the idea of new friend gifts."
And she did, for Ebby liked new friends and loved to give them things. So that idea was perfect to her. "Where is the cuddly pile?"

Wynni nodded at the observation. “You know them?” She asked as she put the squid down and thus starting the cuddly-pile, “Right here is fine,” she replied to the question after she had started the pile for them. “We’ll pick one more and then we’ll decide the very best ones.” She announced with a nod.

"Okies. One more each?" the child asked, reaching out and finding a big, soft cow plushie with gentle fur and a huuuuge cuddle factor. It was fun to squeeze! "I like this one, it's reaaaaaaaaaally cuddly." the child proclaimed as she put it in the pile.
"Yes, I met Adhi a few weeks ago, and I met Adriel in a coffee place the other day."

"Yep! One more each, we don't wanna get too many otherwise we won't be able to really decide." She giggled lightly as she picked up plush in form of a small monkey and gave it a nice squeezing cuddle. It felt wonderfully cuddly, "Ooh! I like this one." She announced and dropped it to the pile.
"There now we gotta do one more round of tests to see which one we like best. This is always the hardest part." The tall girl said with a small sigh.

“Alright! I’ll hug them all first and then you can hug them all and we can compare. I’ll put them in a row from cuddly to cuddliest.” Wynni said with a small nod. It seemed like a good idea. It was much more fun to have someone to perform the test with, just like she thought it would be. She liked comparing notes.
“When I am done you can adjust the row to what you think! Any that line up the same way are the best ones ‘cause we agreed.” This seemed like a very logical way to do things.
So without further ado she began to cuddle and line them up.
In the end Wynni's line up went like this: Cow, Monkey, Seal, and Squid.

Ebony took her turn squeezing the plushies, smiling broadly as she did. This was fun! Deciding which plushies were the most fun and which weren't. She half wanted to ask if she could still get one of the ones they didn't decide on since she didn't like the idea of leaving a cuddly toy rejected.
Carefully, the girl put the animals down in her preferred order. It went from cuddly to cuddliest like this: Cow, Monkey, Squid, Seal. She liked the Cow best, but the Seal and Squid were the cuddliest.

Wynni eyed the lineup in a critical manner and her tail swished back and forth with a look of concentration. This was a hard but fun task. "I say we trade one sets and then we can keep the other ones we picked out for the line up. That way we got one for ourselves and one for the other person!"
She paused a moment or two, "We give each other the cuddliest ones out of the line-up?" Wynni awaited affirmation of her thought patiently as she could.

"Okies." the child said, not entirely sure how to do that. She figured she could probably just follow the older girl's lead - bigger girls seemed to know more anyway. "Can you go first?"

It wouldn't do to keep a toy she picked out herself, even if it was amongst the cuddliest. After all the point of a gift was something you picked. So Wynni handed Ebby the Squid-plush. "Happy new friend day!"
"And then you can keep the cow plush to get for yourself if you want! You seem to really like it!"

"Yay! Happy new friend day to you too!" the purple girl said, picking up the Seal to give to Wynni and cuddling the Squid. "You can get yourself the monkey too!"
Woo! It was fun when things worked out that way.

Wynni beamed at the smaller girl as she took the plush and the other she had chosen. It had worked out rather well and it was much more fun than testing the cuddly-factors of the plushies herself. She hugged both of the toys to her form and glanced back at her mother whom was being patient and looking at some other toy, something boyish that her brother would like.
The young girl supposed fair was fair and went to turn toward Ebby again when Riulve called out, “You girl’s done with your little thing? We need to get home and get dinner ready, Wyn. I am sure Mana is hungry and bored to boot.”
Wynni scrunched up her nose and went into a small pocket sewn into her dress and took out payment for the ‘New Friend’ toy she had picked out for Ebony. “S’not a present if you gotta pay for it yourself, so if we could all go to the counter together I’ll pay for the one I got you an stuff!”

"Okay." Ebby said, reaching into a small pocket in the shorts she had hidden under her skirt. The spawn liked wearing them as they had pockets and she was bouncing enough to need them for decency (and warmth).
So, money in hand, the girls went to the counter and paid for their 'new friend' toys as well as their own. Soon enough they were both on their respective ways home. What fun! The only downside of this seemed to be that Ebony lacked tentacles for Wynni to name, but that's okay. There were like 3 or 4 more lust kids with tentacoos anyway.
