The diffrence between your replacement, your Temp, and your delegate is rather large. It would help if you could somehow be a bit more specific. But abandoned is the correct word. You were banned but nothing stopped your from starting a fresh account and continuing on. You decided to quit Gaia thinking the system was corrupt. I don't blame you for it but saying that it was against your will makes me feel that you're trying to shift the blame some.

I'm not saying you would do a poor job by any means but suddenly becoming the leader in the middle of a pre existing RP is jarring no matter how you look at it. How will you explain suddenly joining and becoming the top Ranger. How will you be able to quickly adjust to the RP style that we've been growing into. I can't see how it will go smoothly if you're jumping in all of a sudden.

To be fully honest, I'm having some difficulty understanding it all. If Sayori is joining and would like to accend the ranks a bit more quickly than usual then thats fine as long as they work hard at it. If they're acting as a delegate that lets you keep some tabs on the guild so you know that things are going well thats okay too. The way you first introduced the situation made me feel like I was being suddenly replaced and I became defensive to the situation. I wish everything had been more clear and I could have fully understood the situation but I most likely jumped to conclusions.

Neko if you think I'm just going t start out the most powerful person on her then you're wrong I"m going to start off just like anybody else. If I were to do anything else that would be wrong of me not only as an individual but also as a captain.

Step into my shoes for a little bit.
You are now banned against your will, and you have done nothing wrong. You have no fallback account as you never do anything wrong that deserves a banning, and even if you did, it was banned for having a connection to the first account. What would you have done differently then what I did?
Plus there was the fact that before I wanted to make a new account, I wanted to see if I could get the old one back. And then there's the corruptness that still exists today, but that's not exactly a huge discussion topic right now.
But this is not a discussion about the past, it's a plan for the future.

Then it seems most of this was an understanding. Maybe we should start fresh.
A few changes have been made to the guild but we're in the middle of recruiting. My plan was to strip down the guild a little to make everything more accessible to new members. After everyone settled a little I would start adding things back in with the input of the new and old members. That way I could pull in the max members and then offer some of the old opportunities if there was interest.

Lets see if I can quickly summarize it.
-We're the rangers. We keep peace between Humans and Pokemon. We try to protect the environment and help out both Humans and Pokemon. We also do a few odd jobs for cash to keep the program running.
-Currently two things are happening in our plot.
-We're looking for a new HQ since the last one was burned down, we've received an offer that if we help out with security at the Pokemon League we can use part of it for our new HQ.
-Right now we're taking the League Examination. Its essentially a way to bypass the usual badge system. We're also holding a recruitment drive (Both in and out of character) at the same time.
-We do have a opposing group. They aren't too out in the public yet but the rangers suspect that they're building strength. To lower rank Rangers they're known as 'The Organization'. The higher ranked members have intelligence that suggests that they might be going by the name NOVA.

One thing I have seen in the Ranger RPs is that they only go on for as long as the Staff wish them to go on and then after that RP is sent to the Archive then we have to wait for another idea to spring into the brains of the staff? What about the area's between the set RPs?

Actually I planned on making more filler chapters as time went on. As soon as we finish the league exams (maybe earlier) I'll be putting up a suggestion box area to submit idea's. I'd aim for a 40/60 ballance. That's 40% staff planned and 60% filler. That way we have a bit of a chance to focus on the individual rangers a bit and some time to do occasional holiday events and competitions.
We had this nice one planned out involving the Legendary Pokemon Uxie earlier. Unfortunately Minshadow left before we could do it and she was doing about half the organizing. It was going to be a neat little chapter involving amnesia and a possible theme of Alice in Wonderland.
Actually we could possibly try it again if people wanted to. It would come before or after the Pokemon League Championships depending on how people want the pacing to go.

Hmm Uxie you say? Any other Legendarys? I've played a couple of Legendaries, If you need any intellegent ones that is ... not just ones that say their name over and over.

I'm not quite sure I follow you. Uxie wouldn't be too involved in the plot actually. Lets just say it would be a real 'eye opener' if you catch my meaning. I don't want to give away much in case we do do this chapter in the future.

Oh you mean he just pops up and then disappears after one of us 'accendently' takes notice of him? And I ment i can RP as Legendaries pretty well.
