"Good," Strange said succinctly. New York was where everyone else was; she'd be alright. Murmuring another phrase, he modified Hoshi's force field; now the other man wouldn't be able to leave as long as Strange was able to maintain the spell. "Why torment her, if I might ask? Are you THAT bitter about not having an identity of your own? Goodness."

Strange stared at him for a second, then, slowly, he smiled. "You're his... Well... that explains the similar power signature." He paused a moment. "We're done talking, by the way. This is going to be EXTREMELY therapeutic." The next moment a stream of pure, destructive magic shot down and at Hoshi in a white, crackling stream.

Hoshi's grin dissapeared, and he took a bit of a defensive stance. The moment the energy was within a few inches of him, a shield much like the one abolisher was wearing appeared in front of Hoshi. The second it did, he smiled. "Well...he does keep his word." he mumbled to himself.

Strange glared. What. The. HELL. After a moment, he got it. One of the other Gods was interfering. Furious, he sent an energy blast at the man from behind, just to see if the shield would follow.

The shield did, and it was soon appearant that Hoshi was surrounded with the shield. To which Hoshi began laughing. "Looks like you're going to have to help take care of someone else first." he said with a dark smile. "Even then, you might have fun getting rid of him. Maybe you'd spend your time better elsewhere."

An almost sadistic grin curled around Hoshi's face. "You think it'll be that easy to get rid of him? Even if he is destroyed, I guarantee you that I'll still have my little shield. Then I can be around for the fireworks." he replied.

There, a man in a gray cloak with black armor stood between the destroyed wall. Hoshi glanced away from Strange, looked at the man, and clearly wasn't happy at whoever it was. "Well...I thought you were dead.""Honestly, I should be." the man replied. "But I hate the thought of my shield being missused so much."
