When Brock is allowed to talk however, he is unusually charismatic towards people. This does not apply to people who make the first step towards rudeness though. Character Name: Delaney Mae Montegue
Nickname/Alias: None
Age: 8
Height: 4' 2"
Weight: 55lbs
Body type: Small
Skin: Pale pink
Eyes: Bright blue
Hair: Delaney's hair is a pale golden shade. It's shoulder length and is normally wavy. She is often seen with different hair styles. Her styles range anywhere from childish hair clips or bows to pig tails, straightened hair, braids, or full blown curls.
Unusual markings/makeup: She has a scar on her knee, but it's not obvious or unusual.
Unusual body parts: None.

Personality: Delaney is a child and most of the times she acts like one. She acts on emotional swings, her personality and mood shifting based on her feelings. Around new people, Delaney can be shy. She is quiet, with her big blue innocent eyes simply observing. When she gets mad, however, she can be really loud. She screams and shouts and overall throws a fit. Normally Delaney is well behaved. She is very intelligent, beyond her age. She gets her wisdom from quietly watching people while they think that she is just an innocent and quiet child. She takes in everything and has a really good memory. She's best at remembering things with patterns, like people's behavior or numbers.
Loves: Strawberries, cake, music, swingsets, and her sister Gwen.
Likes: Practicing her kinesis with her toys, sneaking out at night, and improving her memory.
Hates: Brussel sprouts, spinach, heavy rain, and swimming.
Greatest Fear: She has typical childhood fears, actually. She checks everything for the boogeyman before bed time, and she's afraid of being all alone.

Weapon: None.
Kinesis (If Applicable): Gravikinesis
Kinetic Limit (If Applicable): Gravikinesis gives Delaney the control of gravity. She has to focus to use the power. If there is any disruption in her focus then her power looses its effectiveness. The range of her power is soley focused on how much she can focus on the use of her powers. The focus she has, the wider of an area she can effect. Since she is still small and lacking in skill, her maximum area of effect isn't really that large. She cannot control the gravity of an area too far away. The area of gravity that she wants to control has to be within her sight. She cannot effect gravity on another side of a wall, for example. Also, the gravity change is always an area effect, not control over an object. She cannot throw objects with her power or control their trajectory when they float in low gravity. The sudden changes in gravity can have very ill effects on people, like decompression sickness. It effects each person differently and some people are more immune to it's effects than others.

If Delaney used her abilities on herself too much or too quickly, she can easily and quickly get decompression sickness from the fluctuating gravity. If she uses her powers too much, she gets dizzy, which makes it hard to focus, rendering her powers useless.
Skills: Delaney has an amazing memory and exceptional powers of observation. She's small, so she's hard hit and quick.
Strengths: Delaney's strength is her memory.
Weaknesses: Delaney isn't physically powerful or really trained in combat.

History: After a long and complicated childbirth, Gwendolyn and Delaney's mother died during Delaney's birth. Suspicion arouse that maybe the death of the mother was caused by the genetic enhancements, though nothing was proven. Gwendolyn was left to raise her new little sister on her own.

Gwen fawned over her little sister, becoming rather protective. She even spends more time getting Delaney dressed and ready in the morning that she does getting herself ready. Delaney grew up wearing nothing but dresses, letting her older sister play with her hair every morning. About the age of 6, Delaney began to sneak out at nights. It wasn't that she didn't like her sister, she just felt a little suffocated by her sister's protectiveness. No matter how hard Delaney tries to prove that she can be independent, her sister just won't allow it.

Delaney's powers first surfaced around the age of 5. Her sister walked into the room to find a set of toys simply floating. Once startled by her sister's entrance, the toys fell to the ground. That night Delaney overhead a conversation Gwen was having on the phone. She said that the powers spawned from experimentation that they did while her mother was still pregnant and that they weren't expecting the powers to surface so soon, bringing up the possibility that maybe a procedure was done wrong and perhaps there was an overdose at some point. That would have caused the excelled progress of Delaney's powers and the unfortunate death of her mother. Ever since then Delaney has worked hard on her own to control and improve her powers. She sets her own goals and works hard to achieve them. She even devises her own theories on alternate uses of her powers that she has yet to really test due to her overall lack of control and power. She theorizes that if she can compress her control to a bubble shape around a specific item that it would make it easier to lift without alternating her own gravity and making her float as well. She has yet to succeed.

First Appearance: Coming soon.

User Image Kind of looks more like she's drowning or going super saiyan... but she's supposed to be floating.

Character Name: Gwendolyn Montegue
Nickname/Alias:
Age: 21
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 125lbs
Body type: Femininely muscular
Skin: Light tan
Eyes: A shade of hazel green with a silver ring around the pupil
Hair: Gwen's hair looks like it used to be light brown, but turned blonde from extended time spent in the sun. It hangs in waves down to her shoulder blades.
Unusual markings/makeup: Gwendolyn has tattoos running from her wrist to her elbow on both arms. They are black swirls and lines that look vaguely like they should say something, but really don't.
Unusual body parts: Her eyes stand out, mostly because the silver ring around her pupil is so vivid that it's almost glowing.
Personality: Gwendolyn doesn't sugar coat anything. If she wants to say something, she just says it. She doesn't like taking crap from anyone. She's just a little rough around the edges like that. It's a wonder that Delaney turned out so polite and delicate considering who raised her. Gwen can be rather loud when she wants to be. Gwen is really, supremely, protective of her little sister. If anyone so much as looks at Delaney funny they are bound to never hear the end of it. Gwen often brings Delaney with her almost wherever she goes since she finds it hard to find a babysitter that she can trust. Sometimes when Gwen gets herself too worked up, she sucks on hard candy. It's a bad habit. Some people smoke, others drink, some fidget... Gwen eats candy. She feels that anything else would set a bad example for Delaney.
Loves: Delaney, Coffee, and Hard Candy.
Likes: Keeping herself in good physical shape, clothes with a lot of pockets, and books.
Hates: People who are mean to Delaney, idiots, sugar free candy, apple juice, and wearing dresses.
Greatest Fear: That something horrible will happen to Delaney.
Weapon: Gwen uses lots of knives. She wears clothes with many pockets so she can hide more knives.
Kinesis (If Applicable): Magnokinesis
Kinetic Limit (If Applicable): Gwen can only control metal that she can see. She cannot use her kinesis to control machinery of any sort, just rip the metal components out. There has to be a signifigant amount of metal present before Gwen can control it. She cannot control substances that only have small amounts of metal in them. Using her powers causes the iron content in her blood to fluctuate, causing bruising. If she uses her powers too much, the iron levels in her blood can drop, causing symptoms of anemia including fainting spells or worse.
Skills: Gwen is fast and trained in a small amount of martial arts.
Strengths: Gwen excells at knife combat.
Weaknesses: Gwen doesn't have a lot of physical strength.
History: When Gwen was younger she excelled in school. Her dream was to be a scientist, working in the same department that gave her the genetic enhancements. However, when she was 13, her mother died during child birth. Ever since then she's been raising her younger sister, Delaney.

Gwen dropped out of school to focus on taking care of Delaney. However, when she was 16, Gwen still managed to obtain her GED.

Gwen's powers surfaced when she was 16. Delaney, who was only three at the time, had tried to climb up to get to the cookie jar on the counter. She used the knife block as a hand hold as she pulled herself up off of the chair. Gwen walked in just at the knife block fell, dumping the knives and little Delaney on a course to the floor. She managed to catch Delaney in one arm, and freeze the knives in mid air with an instinctive gesture of her hand. Later she discovered the bruises speckling her arms, though none of the falling utensils had even come close to hitting her.

Character Name: Dominic Montegue
Nickname/Alias: "Seer," Dom
Age: 20
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 151
Body type: Slim, lean
Skin: Slightly pale
Eyes: One's blue (right) and the other's green (left)
Hair: A light grey; long sideburns and thick choppy hair
Unusual markings/makeup: None
Unusual body parts: None

Personality: A product of Verona, Dominic is a rather serious and angry person; cold hearted and somewhat anti-social, but comes off as the opposite when speaking to his family. He puts on a facade and comes off more polite and mannered, more... normal, if you would. Most of the time he's quite calm, but only because he's under heavy medication prescribed to help him to deal with his paranoia and anxiety, especially since he's been known to have a few panic attacks throughout his life. Growing up in Verona, he only had two options: kill or be killed. Definitely a factor in his paranoia and anxiety. Because of this, you'll usually find the man's face buried in a book on strategic combat or training in his room. He can be impatient at times since he's so use to having things done quickly (seeing as how speed is a byproduct of his kinesis), which tends to get him upset. Due to his anxiety, he feel stressed out at times and has found playing video games, which he's gotten really good at, exercising, or listening to music helps calm him down. When he's not reading or training, he is found resting on his bed staring up at his ceiling, lost in his own thought. His eyes are usually half closed, as if always tired, which is the case. Most of his nights are restless ones... His paranoia and anxiety prevent him from getting much sleep, and when he actually does he's always tossing and turning having strange nightmares (some are of the night his parents were assassinated by a Capulet) caused by the side effects of his medication. He constantly feels sick and doesn't eat much as a result. He tends not to show much emotion, but at night when everyone has gone to bed, he is heard sobbing as he recollects memories of his mother cradling him as a child to help put him to sleep or times when his father would play catch with him in the backyard of their old house.
Recently it has dawned upon Dom during his twentieth birthday that he hasn't attempted to get close to anyone since his parents have died. He needed a change in his life. New faces other than the silent hard text from his books. His been alone for several years, even though he's been surrounded by family and friends ever since he moved into the First Branch Household. He didn't want to feel lonely anymore... he didn't want to die alone...
Loves: Reading, strategizing, and training.
Likes: Video games, music, exercising, and thinking.
Hates: Being alone, taking his medicine, waiting, slowing down, and the Capulets.
Greatest Fear: Not knowing what to do next; being alone

Weapon: Fingerless gloves with metal spikes along the knuckles.
Kinesis: Immediate Precognesis (The ability to see the immediate future in relation to himself and everything and everyone that affects him); has amazing speed as a byproduct of his ability.
Kinetic Limit: His reflex and response times slow down, his vision becomes distorted, his head begins to ache, and he loses his sense of coordination. Usually becomes paranoid and suffers from an anxiety disorder, which have been known to cause him to endure a panic attack.
Skills: Unnaturally fast; quick reaction time, very agile.
Strengths: Hand-to-hand combat; strategic
Weaknesses: Anything or anyone that can distort or change a predicted outcome (illusionists, mind readers, etc.) or remains concealed or hidden (he can't react to anything he's unaware of); long distance combat.

History:

First Appearance:

Quote:
[Dominic :: Central Verona :: Bridge]

It was finally morning... Dominic had managed to remain awake all night, successfully avoiding the nightmares he'd have if he had fallen asleep. He wiped away the remaining tears in his eyes and his tear-stained cheeks before swinging his legs over the side of his bed and stood up, then made his way to the kitchen for some breakfast. The fridge was cold, though being shirtless wasn't helping. He grabbed a the nearly empty gallon of milk from the back, smiling seeing as how they're usually out of milk because the other household members get to it before he gets a chance.

After a quick bowl of cereal, Dom returned to his room where he spent the rest of the morning and afternoon reading and playing, only getting up for an occasional snack, but felt too ill for lunch. He felt himself slowly falling asleep, slapping himself repeatedly to keep himself awake until he decided taking a quick run would help wake him up. He wore a hoodie and slipped into a pair of running shoes, then slipped out of the house as the commotion in the garage began. Always bickering and fighting, he thought as he shut the door behind him and took off in the night.

Miles later, near the bridge that connects Central and Northern Verona, Dominic over heard a speeding car heading towards his direction from the distance. Only one man drives like that here...

"Urim...," he whispered, shaking his head and chuckling.

He stopped running and turned in the direction of the quickly approaching headlights until it came to a screeching halt beside him.

Hey Dom! Saw me coming did ya? What's up?

"I wouldn't say I saw you... Rather I heard you," the white haired man joked (probably the first one since he moved back into the house), removing his hoodie and glancing at the driver with his half-shut dual colored eyes. "I was actually about to turn around and head back home unti--woah, you got the whole family here, huh?" He leaned his head into the car, nodding at Caelum as he did, and then waved at the rest of his cousins in the backseats. "Where are all of you headed in such a hurry?"

Character Name: Therawyn Capulet
Nickname/Alias: Terra, Thera
Age: 19
Height: 5'2
Weight: 108 lbs
Body type: Slender
Skin: Pale
Eyes: Brilliant Green
Hair: Brown with green highlights
Jewelery: A matching bracelet and necklace with a bell dangling off each.
Unusual markings/makeup: A tattoo on her right shoulder blade.
Unusual body parts:

Personality: A little feisty and plenty playful, she more than makes up for the demure appearance she often portrays. Terra is a bagfull of sarcastic comments and sly looks and mischievous behavior, she acts nothing like her age, though she does like using large words. She likes close bonds with her family though some may be as superficial as they are, she still treasures them. Although this doesn't mean she doesn't appreciate her peace and quiet as she's often found wandering the rooftops just for the feel of the sky as ironic as it is to her power. She has a deep love for the sky which causes her to wonder why she got the power she got.

Therawyn is very level-headed and likes to think things through before acting and finds it very hard to become agitated. Though she's very protective when it comes to her family, that is one thing that can spark her wrath.
Loves: Sitting on the rooftops | spicy food | nighttime | nature | family | peaches
Likes: books | doing nothing | peace and quiet | the sound of running water | sprinting about the city
Hates: Stupid people | bitter stuff | tripping | being ordered around
Greatest Fear: Becoming paralyzed

Weapon: Twin daggers bound by several special silk ribbons
Kinesis (If Applicable): Tetrakinesis : Control over the earth
Kinetic Limit (If Applicable): When she uses her power in excess, it tends to paralyze or numb her limbs... meaning excessive usage could render her permanently paralyzed.
Skills: Because of her slim build, she's faster than most and is very dexterous thanks to hopping around rooftops all day long. She is also very adept at playing the harp
Strengths: agility/dexterity | long range combat | ability to listen to the sounds of the 'earth'
Weaknesses: lacking a physical build thus weak physical | easily distracted

History: Therawyn grew up mainly alone, though she maintained a "healthy" connection to her family and they were(and still are) very important to her, she still feels distant because of the powers they had all manifested. She loves a select few, and will do almost anything to protect the family honor though it has stuck her in troublesome situations.

To get her out of trouble, her mother taught her the harp to which Thera grew a love for and practiced everyday. As she grew up and her powers grew more prominent, she began to spend more time outdoors because inside the house just didn't feel 'free' and 'natural' enough. She even got part of her room wall knocked down to construct a bay window connected to balcony for comfort.
