Propagandist: A bard that doesn't use an instrument, doesn't sing but...
Gives political speeches?
That's right. This character will come into your town at the head of an army made of your own serfs. He will convince the town poor to come over to him and will hang you before the crowd.
He will leave, with a young democratic city-state behind him.
How long will this take?
Maybe a week.

Skills Diplomacy Gather Information Knowledge (Economics and Trade) Knowledge (History) Knowledge (Local) Perform (Oratory) [with skill focus] Perform (Propaganda) Perform (Rhetoric)
Max out Cha, then Int, then whatever. It is funny, he helps his allies by yelling at them about how evil their opponents are. He is like a commissar!

that is good. I read Dominic Deegan: oracle for hire and he met a necromancer that was upbeat and optimistic and was making jokes about his profession. like when Dominic asked him why he wanted to be a necromancer he replies "it's a living"

...Ah, my bad, I meant the Barbaric Cleric.
When raging, he runs up to random people, shouts "WARRGH" in their faces, and they're healed of any ailment.

Ninja Healer. With a sword enchanted to heal on strike.
Basically, he sneaks up on injured people and stabs them. Then he disappears... into the night...
