Most of the bands I find I find due to random encounters on the internet. I saw a band called Behold Eternity from Springfield, Ohio. They're I guess Melodic Black Metal or something. They're really cool though. I guess it'd be more death though because they sound like At The Gates not to mention that's their only influence they have on their myspace.

The only genre I have trouble finding bands for is Power and Heavy Metal, which I beleive you have said that you don't care too much for so unfortunatly I don't think you would be able to rec anything.
But I am always open to new bands in any genre.

Warrior of Metal If you need power/heavy recs, I may be of some assistance. Funny thing is the only Power Metal band I really like is Falconer and the only Heavy band I like is Mustasch, and theres a lot of bands semi similar to them that I don't like. confused
