Always "A New Hope" for me. ^_^ Largely in terms of stand-alone value, and all that.

MY FAVORITE IS THE HOLIDAY SPECIAL! FOR REAL! IT'S THE BEST EVER BECAUSE JEFFERSON STARSHIP IS IN IT!
Actually, no, I hate the Holiday special like everyone else. But Jefferson Starship is freakin' Awesome. *Has White Rabbit in his head at this very moment*
As far as all star Wars films ever, I'd have to say The Battle For Endor: An Ewok Adventure was my favorite. This mystical flightiness in it and it's prequel, Caravan of Courage really set the groundwork for the non-Jedi force traditions such as the Witches of Dathomir. Also, I thought Battle for Endor contained the darkest moment in Star Wars: A five year old's family, extended family and best friends murdered in front of her.. and those that survived kidnapped and enslaved!
Honestly, I thought it was a more emotional scene than Episode 3's Order 64 or the Death of Owen and Berue in Episode IV.
Favorite of the core Trilogies? Empire Strikes Back. Beautiful film.

Mine would have to be Episode 4 "A New Hope" it started it all for me and it just plain rocks, except for Greedo's screen time what was it about 45 seconds?

I'd have to say Revenge of the Sith because its the turning point in the whole series and really ties together the tragedy of Darth Vader....
This was a thing George Lucas said on a behind the scenes thing that Darth Vader is really just a guy who lost everything and really doesn't feel happy with what he has become. He turned to save Padme and she died so he failed really. She lost the will to live because of him...
I liked Grevious also...but when he first arrived I was thinking...who the hell is this guy? But after awhile I bought the book Labyrinth of Evil and it gave a little more background info on Grevious.

Episode 3 was the most emotional out of all of the movies. You have Anakin turning to the dark side, the Jedi being massacred, the birth of the twins and Padme's death, the Sith taking control of the galaxy, and the lead-in to the original trilogy. All of the acting and special effects pulled it off and made the movie amazing, compared to the crappy "budding love" in episode 2 and the really terrible space scenes in 4, 5, and 6. So, I guess Revenge of the Sith is my favorite (also because it has Grievous biggrin )

my favorites are 4,5,1.episode 6 just a bunch gay ewoks running around with sticks(That was a terible way to make the empirefall) and it was the one that broke its 4 star streak.episode 2 was just terribley written(jango fett and the slave 1 was kwl though)episode three it was okay i geuss awsome battles.episode 4 was original and amazing, episode 5 was awstrucked everyone-episode one had the best lightsaber duel in history of starwars-opinion-and it still captured that original feel with a modern twist.
