Oh my goodness! That lad sure is sexy ^_^ I really like his hair like this, although I liked it longer also, but this is just adorable, it makes my heart flutter ^_^ heart

Looks nice but his hair should be all the same colour(it looks like its brown and black) and I, personally, would like for it to be a little longer.
