She blinked and gazed at him quizzically. Seriously. "What stone?" she asked in return. Her eyes flicked to the rabbits he had captured (and though they could have been somewhat more nicely caught, she wouldn't complain for a free meal).
It was too bad this whole thing had been so easy. She hated to leave someone mad at her, or even disappointed in themselves. But his attitude had certainly rubbed her the wrong way. And this was how she let him know.
Her father had always told her that when she tried to give others a taste of their own medicine, she might as well just shove it all down their throat and let them be in peace.

He snarled at her. "Don't play games with me, female." He spoke harshly now. He didn't care anymore. He wasn't up for this crap anymore. He put a paw on what was now his rabbit so she wouldn't get any ideas. "Seems to me, someone's not getting their free meal." He spoke rough and with a hint of cruelness in there.
He wasn't up for attack a female, at least not yet. He wasn't below doing so, but only if he really must do it. His black eyes scanned around her paws. It was gone, but he knew he saw it, she even admitted to having it. He wasn't crazy.

Honestly, the rabbit had just been a ploy to get him away and at a distance for a moment so she could fulfill her plan. She grinned at him, knowing it would make him even more angry to see her gleeful attitude.
"Okay! It was nice meeting you!"
And she bounded away. She wasn't about to fight for the small rabbit, or about the "missing stone" he was after. So she ran away. Yes, ran away. Not a coward, but a mastermind. Eusi hoped that he would be scrounging about the area for a good while 'til he found that rock. And if he didn't, an even sweeter win for her.

Lothaenorixius really didn't know what happened. He swore she had the rock. She probably swallowed it. Just the thing for her to do so she could keep HIS rock. He was annoyed so much that he stopped the rabbit into the mud, making it almost uneatable for creatures who didn't like their food dirty. Oh, he was pissed, but he wasn't going to give that female the satisfaction that she had won. He didn't know what to do but just sit there as she left. He'd wait there for some time trying to figure out what the female had really done with the rock, though he was convinced that she ate it. and just got herself wet to make him think she put it in somewhere. "Son of a b***h" He said when he was sure she was far enough he couldn't her him.
He hoped he didn't run into another female wild dog. They were all pain in the asses to him. He stood up ears flicked back and he stomped off. It wasn't that he was dumb to figure out that she might have dug a hole somewhere, but more he was thinking what he'd do in her situation. Why bury it, when one could swallow it and wait a few days for it to re-appear? Vial creature, females.
