If you guys come to need a healer/cleric, let me know. I have an idea for one that I wouldn't mind using, but you guys are heavy on players. If you'd like or want one more, I'd be willing to roll up a training combat medic.

So I have my concept tied up, as well as my progression in fututre levels for the next... well... a while *heh*
Before I do my equipment and finish up details... what gear were we permitted to keep? I assume that Magical b*****d swords were probably taken away upon our verdict of guilt, if not before the trials and tribulations began. So what can our imprisioned characters REASONABLY have kept?

Everyones weapons were taken away but other gear was kept. your weapons however are stored on the island, you will just have to make sure you can get them back. small weapons can be hidden using sleight of hand.
also a little heads up everyone will be able to go anywhere on the island except the port.

Meladin and Merasis are allied nations and are on very friendly terms. the two nations are planning on merging after Prince Mallick of Meladin and Princess Lucia of Merasis are wed on Twinmoon (the day when the two moons are both at their fullest and eclipses eachother. It is Meladin's most sacred day)

I believe it's Hedra..... the southern, western island containing Edarin and Delas. What is it's affiliation to the rest of the world?

Hedra is on close terms with Bordas and are building a bridge and the Bardini mountain range links Hedra with Melasis as well as is the original home of the dwarves

And how about Bordas and the Meladin Empire?
Basically... is anyone at odds with another land? Is there any two countries wth building tensions?

Meladin is currently fighting on two fronts with its neighboring countries. Bordas to expand its territory, Gurn'akk because of a long standing hatered of orcs.
Tedrin occassionally launches an assault on Merasis to gain access to the mountains which are rich with mithril, Titanium, and gold. rumor has it that there are ores of Draconium and magicite deep within but it is tough to get that deep. Draconium is the stronger than adamant and as light as mithril but is very very rare and any item forged from it costs about three times as adamant.

go ahead as long as you reduce the stats and remove one of its racial abilities preferably sleep or food

I will eliminate the food thing. He will start out as a Monk and then become a Apostle of Peace (See Book of Exalted Deeds) at 8th level. This should fill the role of healer after a while. The Apostle of Peace is basically a non-violent cleric compacted into 10 levels instead of 20.
Also, what were we imprisoned for?
