XD I tried not to make it completely impossible to get. No amazingly expensive items. Avis like that can be obnoxious. No one can get some of those items anymore.

I went out and bought 2000 gaia cash, then got 20 lucky eggs. I kept raising them till they cracked, then sold what I got in the stores. I kept two eggs at level two and sold them in the market place for 30K each, then sold a level four for 40K I think, maybe more.

I've done it before in my 3 years. Back before the cash shop I used to buy the occasional MC, and I've bought 1 or 2 evolving items. But that's really it.
