It depends...
Naruto as in the character naruto I'd say "He's awesome duh! that's why they named a manga after him!!!"
Naruto as in the manga I'd ask why they didn't like it. People usually don't like it cause they think it's nerdy or geeky or whatever and I'd say that it was freaking awesome and super ninja gory!!! xp
