I am concerned, I don't want any of my Espada dying on me... it'd be such a pain. whee

Well I'm going to attempt to get him locked in VestÃbulo del Guardián Zafiro (Hall of the Sapphire Guardian)... if I can manage to progress far enough in my 3-move-set to obtain that then I will have a MUCH, MUCH higher chance of survival, and even the slightest shot at victory. I say this because at minimum it would take me five sizeable posts to be able to use that move, and that's assuming I hit Jan with every one, which I doubt would happen. So yeah, the move better be good.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's on my profile. Sapphire Infection is first, then Blue Moon, then Hall of the Sapphire Guardian.
