Actually, you can come in as full Aes Sedai if you really want...I came in as a full warder and soon became Master-at-Arms due to my ability to act on the absence I saw in the lack of warder direction. And I'm still Aes Sedai-less((damn that was bad grammar...Alina must've possessed me)). Anyways, you could probably come in as full Aes Sedai. I need to stop rambling.
