That's really interesting.
But aside from not being cohesive, does it have other strange properties?
We know that it's already in a gas state, but what happens when you heat it up even more?
Does it simply get hot? Or does it 'liquidate' and even appear to cling and yet not so?
As for the soul I would think a Raven is quite good too.
However I think Katherine has a good point about the birds.
Have you considered something like a lizard? Maybe a bearded dragon.
As I would love to see how that turns out.

@ Katherine: You're right -- I'm not so sure about the Desert Rain myself. D8; It was my first concept, but I find I've grown less fond of it as time wears on. It definitely needs a revamp, I think... I'm just not sure what to do with it. @_@

@ Herb: Oooh, you raise a very good point about the Depolarized Water... I hadn't thought of that! I'll definitely address that, thank you!
As far as the raven soul, I just thought that it would be something that would be likely to happen -- Phiel with his window open and the soul bottle on the window sill; the raven comes and nests on it, and oops, soul tiem! 8D;
