Isamu: With no chance at a childhood due to an aging spell, Isamu left and traveled the world. He left to find out who he is.
Melethia/Isamu A ending: This mother and son duo, trained and traveled together. Word went and spread about the Dagon Duo.
Younger Soren/Isamu A ending: Isamu was still a bit bitter for what Soren did, but in time he forgave him. Soren taught Isamu about the Dragon Laguz blood in his veins.

:: Having been relatively uninvolved, Ed was mostly unaffected by the entire fiasco. She did, however, decide improvement on her transformation skills would be necessary, as well as mastery of the wolf form (the only other form she had ever accessed throughout the event). Ed also made a silent vow to be there for Fire Emblem Forever on a more frequent note.
These days she sharpens her skill with the sword and improves transformation abilities, yet always seems to end up being solitary. She remains a girl with a wild heart, perhaps even moreso than before. ::

Roy was knocked unconscious during the battle with Granny N. When he had regained consciousness in FEFGA's house, he found Lilina, fully recovered from her injuries in the dungeon. They plan to get married soon. (XD -shot-)
The young lord still spends time with his Mother Ninian and his Uncle Nils, and often thinks about other members of his growing family, like Nergal and Granny N, and wonders what would have happened if there was no battle to begin with...
He spends the rest of his days in FEF, looking out for others and being the awesome pimp lord he is. (XD -shot again-)

I had to satisfy some people with the whole LilinaxRoy thing. *cough Sue cough* And I pretty much made up the whole unconscious thing since I missed the fight. sweatdrop

Renault, the mysterious bishop, departed soon after the final battle. His attempt at creating something better had failed yet again, and the one he had served he had been unable to protect. He doubted he would be welcomed warmly, in any case, as a traitor. There really was nothing left for him. . .
But perhaps he would return, in time, if something pulled him back. For now, though, he vanished into the mists, unseen by mortal eye, as he had done twice before. . .

Synra left FEF Town not long after the final battle, slipping away unnoticed. Without quintessence, it is said that her life would be short and her deterioration painful; however, rumors circulate of a fair, cloaked maiden with a shy smile wandering the land.
Vika/Synra A (ver 1): Though her death was imminent, Synra cherished the last of her days with Vika. Her last moments were spent in the arms of the laguz. Though she is gone, the love they shared against all odds remains always.
Vika/Synra (ver 2): Both Vika and Synra disappeared without a trace. Some say they followed Mika behind the door, to start life anew, but there have been many sightings of a pair of beautiful, dark-haired women traveling the world together. No matter their fate, they are together, and will be together always.

Ayra remained at the castle following the battle, despite all the bad memories she now had of its dungeon system. Word has it that she's also a very difficult patient, in the hospital wing. Her leg had to be broken again and reset, with quite a bit of swearing.
Tibarn/Ayra A: Having gone through quite a bit with the Hawk King, it is unclear whether she plans to return to Phoenicis with him or remain at FEF castle and attempt to rebuild. They're apparently butting heads on the matter, which isn't altogether surprising.

After all that happened, Nils decided to remain in FEF, offering his musical and fortune-telling services to all who may need it. He spends time with his sister Ninian and nephew Roy and often can be seen sitting in front of the door, thinking about a certain female shaman he never got to know.

After the final battle, Rei spent most of his time around the Fefga House or FEF Castle, honing his skills and keeping an eye out for any signs of trouble. Rumor has it that he still occasionally goes on bludgeoning rampages for Staff EXP.
Rei/Micaiah A:
After Rei and Micaiah were reunited, they became even closer than they were before. They continued to happily serve Nino and FEF together, and were soon a happily married couple.

Ninian remained in FEF, spending time with her brother, Nils, and her son, Roy. She can often been seen dancing, especially if Nils is playing. She can often be found staring at the door, thinking of the grandmother she never got the chance to know. She vowed to always protect her family, no matter what, to the best of her ability.

Shortly after the battle ended, Leila slipped quietly into the night upon being unable to find the one she was looking for. Without a hint as to how she could possibly be alive or why she'd initially chosen Madriana's side, the assassin pursued her reason, hoping one day the gates of Ostia, and even later, FEF,would open for her once more.

Rhys: After restoring himself back to health with some well-earned R&R, Rhys resumed his role as the FEF Host Club King. The events of Halloween haven't dampened his spirits in the slightest--on the contrary, he seems crazier than ever!
(Darn it, we didn't get close enough for a Rhys/Amelia A this time. In the event we do in the game, though...)
Rhys/Amelia (A) : Rhys continued on as the FEF Host Club King. Nobody's entirely sure how that's going to work, however, as he and Amelia seem... close, to say the least. Rhys, however, reminded people, "Since when does the FEF Host Club get customers, anyway?"

After the final battle was settled and the door closed, Lyre returned to her homeland of Gallia. Reuniting with her sister as well as her other beast brethren, she was once again coddled and resumed her role as the brat kid sister. She can be seen chasing around boys and sitting in front of her makeup mirror, but every once in a while she can be spotted in her brown cloak in the beorc cities, looking curiously at weapon stalls.
[No A supports for Lyre this time around. o3o ]

Vika: After her trials with the Mistress, she'd learned the errors of her ways. Though she never truly forgave herself, the others did, and to this day remains in their good graces, participating as a quiet yet valuable contribution to their group.
Vika/Synra A (version 1): Vika continued to live on with Synra, despite the promises of her shortened life. They traveled the world together, and Vika spent the last of Synra's days with her. After her death, she was left emotionally broken, but eventually moved on; it's what Synra would have wanted, after all.
Vika/Synra A (version 3): Vika, distraught over the fact of Synra's stunted lifespan, never stopped trying to find a way to save her from her fate. Eventually, though, Synra finally succumbed and Vika, miserable from the efforts she'd spent to save her, soon died thereafter from exhaustion and regret over her own failure.
