Ruby sipped her drink, and watched as Lucidity passed by. She tried to place him, but couldn't.

J_e_z Lucidity walked into the Long Nose. He was wearing a mask that he bought for a dollar. He didnt really plan on coming here, but he was passing by and decided to enter. He was wearing the mask along with a type of clothes from the 17th Century. (he didnt plan on coming, yet he was dressed in clothes from the 17th century?)

Kumori enters, he is wrapped in a dark cloak with a skull like mask on that conceals his goggles. His blue hair is covered with the hood of the cloak.
He walks straight over to Mr. Johnson's table
"May I sit here?"

I need information of the doings of all the supers in this city as well as a more detailed background than I could get if you think you can do that..." His right arm is rested infront of him on the table while the left is hidden under the table spinning a throwing knife in his hand.
