Yuusuke only watched silently through out the process, helping here and there when he felt that his help was needed. The boy now felt slightly calm, Fear and Panic held off at bay in his mind with imaginary torches and pitchforks. Damned would the angel boy be if he let Panic and Fear ruin him, and ultimately, kill Tatsuo.
Silently nodding to the woman, the Shimizu boy got into the passenger side of the car.
The boy's directions were rather odd in the fact that most of them lead to areas where a car could not go through. This was due to the fact that though the boy had an excellent memory, the memory was made while on foot. It took longer than the boy was comfortable with but trusting the driving skills of the woman, Rambo as they were. Going through the bad part of town was... well, bad. Hookers here and there was a common sight. There was an occasional gun shot ringing off in the distance at odd intervals.
Must be a chase, the boy though with a sad heart. A chase was something he was well versed in.
After a few silent hand pointing here and there, Yuusuke finally got out of his silent stupor to say "THERE!"
It was a small narrow alley that ended in a small clearing that was made from the tall buildings ((think Yuko's shop from xxxHolic but more cased in and at the end of an alley)). A small dingy old Chinese looking building took up most of the space in the clearing.
"Father once showed me this place... we never went in but...."
His words trailed off. His father had said if anything happened, to come here... 'anything' at that time meant that if Tatsuo died. Yuusuke did not want to say something like that outloud for fear it would turn into a self fulfilling prophecy.
"I'll help to get my father out of the car," he said quietly, getting out of the car.

Why in the world anyone would live in this part of town was beyond her. Yet she was not one to judge. The boy seemed to know it a better than her and with that man in her back seat, she knew he was going to be familiar with it. Well, she had said she would bring them and so she had. Now she had to live up to her word. Still, what really amazed her was the style of the building. Old Japanese? Beautiful yet completely out of place. Pulling the car into park just near the alley, something in her gut said it might not be there when they returned. She wasn’t going to take the chance of losing a few things so she threw a CD and some of the paper work into her back pack before sliding out of the car and going to join the boy on the otherside.
Yuki was plan dizzy. Her mother’s driving had sent the girl almost doing flips over the sleeping man but, with some holding on for dear life, she had managed to stay near his legs and thus, not hurt him any more than already had happened. Now that they had stopped, she pretty much vowed never to go on a rollercoaster. “Where did you learn to drive like that?” She cried out, glaring evilly at the woman across from her who helped to pull the man from the car. In turn, Yuki gave a push from her side and without too much force, he slid out and was able to be moved again.
“Nevermind my driving. Toss me my sword and bring your own. I will not have those taken.” Sirene spoke, maybe a little too harshly as she reached up to grab her prized weapon. Throwing the made sling over her arm, she glanced at the ink covered herald and nodded before using the angle his father was at to place him more upright. This might be slower but he wouldn’t get dragged through anything. “Both of you, give me a hand, let’s get him inside quickly.”

Yuusuke did as he was told with an urgent speed he had hoped he had contained. Hope was just a few steps away! Just a bit more... he thought in his head as he helped the older, more knowledgeable woman. Down and into the alley they went, each step thudding hard in the herald boy's chest. Just a few more, he repeated. His eyes stayed glued to his salvation, be it run down or not.
The trio and their cargo would have crossed into the threshold of the small lot but found that an old bent chinese man in front of them. Long silver bearded he was, leaning on a black wooden cane with silver dragons crawling around it.
"Oh ho ho ho. So the little Shimizu boy finally had himself had eh? U fu fu fu."
Standing squarely in the path of the group, the old man just guffawed for a pure minute. Yuusuke felt his wings tremble in either fear or annoyance. Hurry up! he wanted to yell. His father was in need of aid and yet this old just stood there, laughing, and blocking their path.
Looking on the verge of tears again, Yuusuke's poison laced thoughts were broken when the old man spoke again.
"Now now little one. Don't panic. You leave it to Lau Gon Gong to fix that little brat of a father of yours."
Laughing and guffawing inhis old grandpa voice, the old chinese man beckoned them to come into his crappy abode, disappearing into the darkness of the japanese styled house.
Why a chinese man lived in a japanese house, no one knows.

Lan Gon Gong? That was Chinese, right? Then why was a little old Chinese man living in a Japanese house? Oh this day just got stranger and stranger. Sirene half expected for a dragon to come walking out of the small building now, for maybe for it just to be a mansion inside. Anything was possible with little old men. And what’s more, Sirene had caught the tone of the older man. He knew this ‘brat’ and well, that was a good sign at least.
“Sirene.” Yuki whispered, holding her own sword as she glanced from the house towards her guardian. The older woman only shrugged and pulled her ‘package’ into the darkness. Yuki stayed outside for another moment. Some strange sense had over powered her and the young child couldn’t tell from where it came. There was a dark, almost deathly feeling about this place. Sadly enough, it scared to poor child.
“Yuki!” Sirene called out when she glanced back to see the girl still standing on in the alley. The sword winged Herald didn’t move. Something seemed on her mind but what, Sirene couldn’t tell.
Standing outside, Yuki glanced around. She didn’t want to go in that house. Fear of the unknown had taken her for the first time and now, it left her frozen in place. Taking a step back, she was just about to head for the car when a loud crash echoed through the alley and the young girl ran as fast as she could inside the house.
Anyone who looked back would have seen the small kitten popping its head out of a garbage can, fish bone in mouth.
