it does, but I don't think money should be a factor. If they distinguish themselves from the others, I think they should be bumped up for free.

actually i was thinking along the lines that the ranks are made so that people will be promoted by the field that they accel in

well, we should probably save that one for when more people are on, it's supposed to be an 8 sided war with alliances and whatnot, so lets just do some r&r RPing for now xd
