Crimson eyes moved back and forth between the two as they spoke, mind quickly going over their words as a thoughtful frown came to her lips.
" Council..? Yes. You have mentioned it quite a few times actually. I do not know the exact details of it. Only that it will be a group to support you both, and to help you run things..? " She only had the slightest of pouts at Kidondo's teasing, but it was very hard to keep it there after hearing such kind words.
Still, she held her comments for now, curiosity once more piqued as this Council was brought up yet again. This would be the third or forth time Kidondo mentioned it, but this time, it looked like he directly wanted to speak of it.

The black cat nodded her head. "The council will be an important part of the Simo- and in some ways, even more important as a whole then we are as individuals. In changing the old ways, we've come to see that relying on one single individual for all the pridal decisions leaves us open to dissolution again. No one can hope to be just all the time- but, with a council to advise and guide, we can certainly try."
She bowed her head. "But obviously- we'd need to find individuals who compliment us well." She thrummed.

"Those forming the council will be the General, two Magistrates and, of course, No and myself. We have ourselves a General but there are vacancies for the other two positions."
Another pause and then he finally reached the point of this little meeting.
"And of course." Kidondo followed up with a kindly smile. "Who better fit to become a Magistrate than yourself, Kibela?" He watched Kibela's expression for any sign of what she might be thinking. "You have our trust and our friendship. You would be a valuable asset to our team."
"So, what do you say? Do you need time to think it over?"

Her expression was fairly neutral as she listened to their explanations, and their offer. Honestly, she was rather surprised. But, time to think about it? " No, I need no time to think on this. Kidondo, No... I would be proud to aid you in any way you believe I can. "
She smiled faintly, tilting her head. " If you both think that I am fit for the job, then I would be happy, and honored, to take it on. " She said, giving a low bow of her head to her Regents.

Her acceptance of the title brought a smile to the black cat's face. Even with only one other, they were certainly quite a council between the four of them. She did not doubt that with Kibela's input, the other two would not be far from them.
"I'm glad to hear that," No spoke, her head dipping. "We do think you are fit for the job. Several times over, in fact. Not too many people dare to tell me what to do." The lioness grinned, the end of her tail swaying. "And that alone speaks for itself. Between yourself, Kidondo and I and Azarax, we shall be a strong backbone for the council."
She laughed. "And unfortunately, there's already work to be done. It might not be an easy task, but I don't have any doubt you'll be able to handle it."

"Then its settled." He replied with a smile. "We'll make a fine team, the four of us." He glanced between the two females and thought what an odd bunch they were. A rebel prince, an ex-slave and two dark cats of the pridelands. Who would have thought that such an odd four would have such power over the warriors that were the Firekin.
He nuzzled against his mate tenderly then stood to cast a look towards the densite.
Yes, odd they might be, but he knew they'd be successful in their endeavours.
