Well, my faves are:
1. I LOVE GREECE THE MOST NO MATTER WHAT. With his cat-loving, obsessive Turkey-hating, horndog self. dramallama
2. PRUSSIA! (The vital-region seizing brash agressiveness Higurashi-like laugh won me over) AMERICA! (He's so awkwardly adorable I can't resist. Such a weirdo... whee And the glasses are sexy.) Russia! (One word: PANDAS. cool )
3. Pirate!UK (He's pure badass....) Japan! (Love the outfit, the sword, and the wonderfully formal ukeness of him) Iceland! (I honestly have no clue why I like him so much...), and Canada! (He's so adorably moe....)
4. Italy (Romano), Spain, Lithuania, Poland (Valley girls boys FTW), Hungary, and Switzerland.

1. Russia (Yandere, vodka, faucet pipe, high-pitched voice.... the list goes on)
2. England (I don't know how this guy got here all of a sudden, cause he wasn't here a week ago.... I think. o.o I always did like his eyebrows and tsundere-ness, but I didn't realize how much. Pirate!UK is smexy.)
3. China (This guy is new here too. Maybe RPing as him made me realize how much I love him? .... aru. xD)
There really isn't a nation-tan I don't like, they're all too loveable. whee

Why haven't I done this yet?
Well. After hours...ok, seconds....fine, milliseconds of pondering, I know who my favorites are.
1) Russia. SO. CUTE. I mean, I even think his 'scary' face is cute! I wouldn't die inside if I saw that----I'd squeal and hug the guy! >w>
1-1/2) Poland. Lykettly. Do I need to explain this? Yes? Oh, fine. He's the one person in Hetalia closest to myself, so I instantly make connections and whatnot anytime he pops up. sweatdrop Srsly, ask my RL Liet. I act like, ttly like him. Almost.
2) Switzerland. I'm sorry, I'm a sucker for guys like him. Really I am. He's slow, loves guns, cherishes his sister, and does anything to save a cent. Not to mention his raging temper and steely coldness....Ich LIEBE Der Schweiz. ;w;
3) Everyone else. (But France. I actually dun like France. <<)
(Random side note; my spellcheck kept switching Hetalia to genitalia. =w= Fitting.)

Being a student of the German language, I admit that I was a bit biased even before I started Hetalia, but I adore Germany and Austria! I love Germany's hard-work ethic even though things don't always go the way he had hoped, and Austria is that elegant, classy manga male character that I always go for.
If forced to choose one, though, it would definitely probably be Austria. We both love classical music, I like his polite demeanor, I find his tendencies to act spoiled to be hilarious, and he definitely won me over during the Great Depression chapter when he chastised America for not thinking of others before he acted. He's spoiled, but he's sweet. whee
