I can't believe how popular journals have gotten. I remember when the only 2 journals on gaia were; Lanzer's and Leti's

As a lot of you may know, today was my birthday! blaugh I woke up at around 9am EST. Ran down stairs, and everyone was asleep ^^;; So I hanged out around Gaia and EVIL replying and stuff, until my dad woke up! I got my presents early, and I guess to celebrate me becoming a teenager, they got me a Trumpet, (so I can play those favorite Ska Songs I love) and an Ocarina (which is like a flute, but sounds softer, and is smaller)
The Trumpet was pretty hard to learn to play, but I think I've got the hang of it. But the Ocarina....I was able to play that thing in a second! whee It's a pretty simple instrument, but it was still very soothing.
All the racket of my dad playing his Guitar, and me playing (horribly) my new Trumpet, woke up my Sister and Mom. We just watched TV, and I played the games I got for Christmas. Then at 1:30pm, me, my dad, and my mom left to the Ice Skating Rink. It took a while, but my friends started to show up. I invited 8 of them (it's hard to keep track of 15 ^^; wink Sadly, only 3 of them showed up. But, this gave us more freedom, because we didn't need to stick into a big group.
We tryed to get our skates, but I had to switch my skates over and over, because one size was to big, and the other was to small. I was really pissing off the Skate Rental person because I kept asking for the same Skate each time. sweatdrop I finally decided to just get the big one and tighten it...really....really.....tight. ^^;; We went on the rink. It was jagged all over, and we kept tripping. I think I have a photo of my friend, Jimmy tripping, but I didn't develop the film yet.
We went to eat, and were calling Jim "Fally" because he fell the most, saying "I know how to skate!" but always having his arms out. We kept telling him to admit that he doesn't know how, but he didn't, and just threw French Fries at us. xd
After that, Jim left, and we all went over my place...to the suprise of my sister, who was still in her pajamas, with the house a mess, watching TV. We just tryed to avoid her fury and ran up stairs. ^^;;
It was around 5pm now. We all were playing video games, and making statements that made no sense, which apparently was funny. o.0
Then, I went on Gaia, and they were crowding around me, trying to find out what I was doing. I checked my trades, because of the icon above my avi, and I had a Birthday present from Uma ( whee ) and a Prize from an Art Contest I entered. They didn't really even understand what Gaia was, nor what I was doing, but just kept going "What's that?" and kept pronouncing it "Jy-ah" ^^;;
After my friend, Craig, left, it was just me and my friend, Chris. We were playing more games, some Card Games, and then had dinner. After that, I had a Birthday cake which had 13 candles, and every time I blew them out, they went back up. O_O; They weren't trick candles, just very good wax. ^^;;

This day would've been a lot more fun if more people came to my house, but it was still fun. My ankles hurt a lot now from all the skating ^^;;

I can't believe Craig's mom though...she got me cloth! O_O; She said "If you're going to be a teenager, you won't be playing video games any more!" While even my sister still plays video games! She's 15 (16 in March) but, fortunately, the cloth fits. -.-;

I also got 40 dollars in total from my friends, which still doesn't beat last year's 130 dollar total gift money O_O >.x

Now if you excuse me, I'm exhausted! z_z
